The loft is about 130 square meters, ceiling height 5.5 meters 50% of the area is designed for wellness & living only. Bathtub, daybed, 2-person spiral shower and Real wood fireplace leave nothing to be desired. In summer, a 5 x 4 meter gate can be opened which makes the lower loft area a convertible. The large kitchenette and the block are suitable for events A wine refrigerator, 4 gas burners and a ceramic stovetop are included

It is in a quiet location on the first floor of a detached house on the Rhine Heights surrounded by the Siebengebirge, Westerwald, the idyllic Wiedbach Valley and the romantic Rhine Valley. Cities such as Koblenz, Bonn or Cologne are just as easy to reach as the wine region of the Middle Rhine and the Ahr as well as numerous cycling and hiking trails (Westerwaldsteig, Rheinsteig, Siebengebirge).

As well as city culture in Bonn or boat trips on the Rhine to Cologne or Koblenz.

Small apartment in the middle of Linz

From this centrally located accommodation you can quickly reach all the important places. Whether directly to Wadern, the city center or on the Rhine. You will feel comfortable in the small apartment. You share the courtyard with us and still have the opportunity to grill or simply relax. Up to two children can sleep on the sofa (for an extra charge). For four adults, it would probably be too cramped for several nights, as it is a large living and sleeping area.

The small Tiny House is located in the idyllic Dattenberg, hidden and inconspicuous in the countryside. It can accommodate 3 to max. 4 people and has a bedroom with a double bed as well as a sofa bed in the living area. The small village of Dattenberg is located above Linz am Rhein and is known for its castle of the same name and wine growing. Many hiking trails wind around Dattenberg and tell the history of the region.

Spacious vacation accommodation on the Rheinhöhe, Roniger Hof district. The apartment is designed for 2 people and is located about 2 km from the historic old town of Linz am Rhein. The Franziskus Hospital Linz is within walking distance. It has a separate and barrier-free entrance, a covered parking space and parking spaces for bicycles are provided. It's a non-smoking apartment! Unfortunately no pets are permitted.

Time living in Linz am Rhein

The beautiful new building apartment (53m²) on the ground floor is within walking distance of the old town of Linz. It has two rooms with box spring bed in the bedroom and sofa bed in the living room. A small balcony and car parking space is present. The kitchen has a stove with an oven, mini fridge, coffee maker and kettle. The living room is equipped with a cable TV. Sheets and towels are provided.

The house is completely newly renovated and offers everything you need in everyday life, no wish should remain unfulfilled. It is the penultimate house in front of the forest entrance and therefore perfect for walks. Animal roommates are not allowed to stay with us.
