The apartment has an amazing view, welcoming host, helped us with everything we needed. We had all the amenities included. The apartament looks even better than the pictures. Overall, it was a very beautiful experience, we had a great stay.

Great place, good location. Nice and calm neigbourhood. Stayed there, because was the closests and the best apartment apparently, through all the other which are close to the airport. So if anyone needs to stay for the night in Varna and look for the closest apartment next to the airport, that’s your place!

I had a wonderful stay at this appartment! It was impeccably clean and had a lovely fresh scent that made it feel very welcoming. Apartment lovely. Beach was excellent. We had 4 days of great weather and were able to relax on the beach. The only downside was that we arrived the first week of October and most of the local pubs, supermarkets, restaurants etc were either closing or were closed. Trip to Nessebar was worth it. Still a good holiday but pity about not much open.

Jana was super responsive and did everything to make us have a good time. The apartment is very comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay and the complex itself is super for parents with young children. There are several pools including children's, lots of greenery and nice restaurants. Also the goldfish beach is within walking distance, so there is something for everyone. We would certainly repeat :)

I highly recommend the place! Very modernly furnished and equipped with everything you need. A crib was brought on request. Viktor was very kind and helpful, he always responded immediately and helped. Beautiful location overlooking the pool and the sea. Nearby is a supermarket and a small beach. Completely satisfied with everything. Glad to come back!

Cosy apartment - Top location

Simeon's place was excellent!! It was a perfect choice for a family with 2 children. The location is perfect - 5 min from the beach, the Morska garden and the city centre. The apartment had all the home appliances a family would need to feel cosy and at home. It was super clean and tidy. We spent 6 amazing nights and would definitely return next summer. Thanks for the great stay!

Everything matches the description, go ahead. It is very well maintained, closed and secure to leave the children in the wild. It is for families or friends, there is a covered place equipped with tables and chairs to eat for 12 people. Worry-free street parking, nice neighbors. It takes a car because it is 25/30 minutes from the beaches but it is indicated in the listing. The village grocery store is clean and has a lot of things. Chuck Wagon is 10 minutes away and grilled and pizza, on site or take away for prices from another time, a meatball is 90 cts in €...well, with 2, you ate well. Perfect.

The locale is magnificent, with an exceptional view of the sea and a very pleasant terrace. Communication with Rositsa was extremely prompt, responding immediately to anyone who came up - albeit minor - a problem. We had a great time!

Very clean and comfortable apartment. Gorgeous veranda with sea and mountain views. Responsive and helpful owner, who will always help. The area around with swimming pools, jacuzzi, shady courts, restaurants. Very good place - highly recommend.

Everything was wonderful, we recommend. Extremely clean room and bathroom, very easy communication, welcome and check in. It also has patio parking spaces.

An outdoor seating area features wooden furniture, including a table and multiple cushioned chairs, shaded by large umbrellas. Surrounding greenery and decorative stones create a relaxing atmosphere. Soft pillows add a touch of comfort to the seating arrangement.
