Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Dartmouth

The house was perfect to stay at for a wedding weekend. Close enough to walk to second beach for those that don’t mind a short walk on a busy road. The house had everything we needed and more and was extremely spacious and private.

A bright and charming house with everything that you would need for a great stay. With local parks, bike path and great restaurants.

Caryl’s house was spacious and clean with lots of amenities. The location was excellent, as it was in walking distance to the village shops and restaurants. Caryl was proactive and responsive to our needs, and we felt it was a good value overall. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this house- especially for a longer stay.

The place was incredible. It was beautifully kept and clean down to the sheets and towels. The view is unbelievable of the water right across the road. There is a beautiful park right next to the house if you have little ones that need to run. The kitchen was pristine, with wonderful appliances. The bedroom on the first floor was perfect for my mother-in-law, who can't walk up the steps. She had her own bathroom with a shower to herself. The rest of the bedrooms were upstairs. The beds were so comfortable, you didn't want to get up. She has provided so many extras, like shampoo, conditioner, soap, coffee and creamer. We honestly didn't have to go out to get any supplies. It was pouring when we arrived, and having the ability to open the garage and unload was extremely appreciated. I can't say anything bad about the place, I guarantee you will love it. Midori's place was perfect for us - quiet neighborhood, clean, and spacious. The privacy lock on the front door was a bit tricky - you need to have a coin handy to turn it, which we would not have had but Midori told us to bring one. Great place for a nice trip to Cape Cod!

The house was exactly how I imagined it. A very relaxed beautiful setting with birds chirping and right near the water. The home was gorgeous and Leigh Anne was great with communicating and all the lovely touches that she did that went above and beyond. I was unwell and she dropped off tissues and specials teas etc to help and advised me on the best way to get to a Doctor. The place was amazing and a real oasis to relax and unwind on a very busy 5 week trip. We had 3 night here and we wish we could of had more. Thanks for your wonderful hospitality.

Matthew was receptive from the very beginning of our reservation. The home was is a beautiful location, very quiet and clean. The bathrooms were very "spa like", spacious and enough to accomadate an even larger group. I would highly recommend Matthew and his lovely home to anyone that needs to "get away from it all".

We loved staying at McKenzie’s house! It was very spacious and utterly perfect for our group of five adults. The attention to detail was apparent and there were abundant amenities. The decor was very tasteful, the individual spaces had clean lines and were uncluttered. There is a great little back patio and grilling area, with a huge, manicured lawn for kids to play on. The house is perfect for families wanting to enjoy the relaxing pace of Marion, MA! Thanks, Mackenzie!

We had a short but pleasant stay at Gail’s and the in-law apartment was perfect! Check in was easy and the apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with great snacks! This is a great location for exploring Falmouth and the rest of the Cape and Gail is super friendly and responsive. We hope to stay longer next time!

We had a great stay at bobs apartment. The unit was just as described. It has a large yard where we could let our toddler twins run around to burn energy. Bob was very responsive when we had a question. Instructions were clear and concise. He gave us a lot of grace when the little ones had middle of the night tantrums (we had a 24 hr drive so our routines were totally messed up). My only critique would be we really wish we had a broom to sweep up. Thanks again!

We had a great MDW at Paul’s apartment. It was in a perfect location — walkable to Thames St. but also in a quiet area near King Park with beautiful water views and a great playground for our little one. Ideal location to start 10 mile drive and easy access to the Breakers and other mansions. The apartment is clean and neat and the fireplace was cozy for cooler temperatures at night. Of note, there are only sheer curtains on the windows and apartment gets very bright when the sun rises early. Paul has sleep masks in the closet and you may very well need them if you don’t want to wake up at sunrise!

The apartment is very comfortable. The pictures are accurate. Beds comfortable. Plenty of very nice bath linens. I loved the types and amount of lighting in every room. Wonderful water pressure in the shower. The kitchen is very functional . I loved cooking on the beautiful big stove. We really appreciated having both a Keurig and a coffee maker. The one thing I would caution about is the stairs. They are as pictured. We had no problem with them, but people with knee issues might. I will certainly look for this property again when in the area.

Highly, highly recommend! A gem of a find! Pictures are exact and the place was spotless. Great walkable neighborhood and lots to do. I will definitely book again if I am back in town. Communication was excellent!

It was a beautiful and peaceful place to land after our wedding! We are grateful for the time and would love to come back some day. Sharon, Deb and Rhianna are the most wonderful hosts, very helpful and kind. We will always have lovely memories from here!!

Very comfortable stay and beautiful home!

Jamestown is the quiet luxury you’re looking for—and Matt’s villa is the place to stay! The area felt peaceful and relaxed, yet we were still able to walk into town with ease. Newport was less than 10 minutes away, making it the perfect home base, and we even had time to explore a few beautiful public beaches in Jamestown, just a quick 7-minute drive from the villa. We hope to stay here again!

We spent a relaxing week at Gabrielle’s beautiful home - mainly on the deck playing cards surrounded by beautiful vegetation. Great location with many walking paths through the woods - all of which seem to lead to the marketplace area and/or beach. The house is very nicely decorated and very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay.

We got married at a venue about 15 minutes away so we stayed here with our bridal party and the size was perfect. Everyone slept comfortably, we still had plenty of space. The neighborhood is quiet and the location is still close enough for us to enjoy exploring Sturbridge. Michael was responsive and honest with any question I asked!

The house is extremely big, comfortable and cute. bedrooms are big, but the 1st floor bedroom definitely needs a new mattress. love the open concept of the kitchen, one thing I wish they had was a blender. Tom provided us with gallons of water which I am really thankful for it. The home was clean, beautiful backyard, quite neighborhood. Overall my family were comfortable, enjoyed our stay, and will definitely stay again.

The location was centralized to places we needed to go to and easy to get to from the freeways/highways. Very peaceful and beautiful area with excellent views of the bay. Kate was a very gracious and welcoming host.
