Explore our small town with a big history, visit its historic buildings, great restaurants and unique shops. The location is convenient to all of the South Coast.

This lovely home is peaceful & conveniently located next to I-195 and a short drive away from Boston, Providence, Newport, Cape Cod, many beaches, a winery and a 5 minute drive to UMass Dartmouth. With its private entrance, this cozy home has a fully equipped kitchen, grill, cable/Roku & Wi-Fi, board games and a sunroom overlooking Lake Noquochoke so all you are left to do is bring your kayak, food and you’re ready to relax!

Tiny Farm House on a Horse Farm

Set in a quiet cul-de-sac at the end of our driveway, this tiny house is part of our family compound and working horse farm. We have many animals. Enjoy your space, knowing we are just 50 yards away should you need anything. This is a true tiny house experience. The kitchenette has everything you need. The sleep loft is accessible by a ladder and has a low ceiling. Disclaimer there is no door on the toilet, which is tucked away in the kitchen area. WiFi connection is not guaranteed.

Stay in a lovely and comfortable cottage with partial views of the bay. The water is just a short walk away past our neighbor with shared access to the water. Enjoy swimming, fishing, or relaxing on the float and soak up the sun. You can also explore the Horseneck Beach, wander the trails, taste the local farms and restaurants, and more. If you want to unwind at the cottage, watch shows on the 65" Samsung Smart TV, fast Wi-Fi, sit on the deck, and flip some burgers on the gas grill.

Brithaven Farm

Brithaven Farm is on 28 acres of fields, woods meadows and gardens. We are just 2 miles from East Beach and the Allen's Pond Wildlife Sanctuary. We are completely private from the road and reached by a long laneway through woods which opens up to fields and meadows The rental has 2 decks, one with a large awning with dining table and chairs to lounge and take in the view. There is an open plan living, dining kitchen area with french doors leading to the deck.

The Loft is a detached and private studio apartment with a private entrance, beautifully decorated with a coastal decor befitting nearby Padanaram Harbor & Village. The skylights and a 'really, really comfortable bed' will help you relax and enjoy all the area has to offer. Land + Sea is an 1890s farmhouse in the Head of Westport neighborhood, just a few minutes walk to the East Branch of the Westport River. Spend the days kayaking nearby or at nearby beaches, then come back to rinse off in the outdoor shower. Close to Buzzard Bay Brewing, Westport Rivers Winery, farmstands, dairies, cycling loops, galleries/studios and conservation areas. Prepare local foods in the chef's kitchen or on the grill.
