This home was wonderful to stay in! I came to visit family and the home was gorgeous and peaceful. Tim was very proactive and responsive about responding to any questions I had. Would stay here again!

Newly refurbished home in darlington

WaledRating, 5 stars8 months ago
Very close to Darlington train station which is always a plus. I stayed for my brother in laws wedding with 4 other people and the house was very spotless. I booked on the day due to another house letting us down last minute and Sarah was very quick to respond and get things ready. House was clean. Only down side was the beds and duvet/pillows were not very comfortable but it wasn’t too much of an issue for us.
The lounge area features a spacious dark sofa adorned with bright yellow cushions. A white coffee table sits at its center, while a fireplace is positioned to one side. An open dining area is visible in the background, showcasing a four-seater table and chairs.

Greenwell

DmitrijRating, 5 stars52 months ago
(as of December 2020) Pros: tidy, newly refurbished house (some furniture still has labels on it). Has everything you need for both short and long-term stay. A truly hotel-like experience. Cons: the fridge is tiny. I lived there alone and it was barely enough for me. The internet is slow (around 10 Mb/s) - had to use my own mobile data most of the time.
A charming terrace of cottages is visible, showcasing a mix of white and exposed brick facades. Lush greenery frames the entrance, and large windows invite natural light into each unit. The peaceful residential setting is defined by distinctive architectural features and a shared garden area.

Host & Stay | May Cottage

Family trip of three generations of adults. Cottage was very comfortable and homely, beautiful location with easy access to main road networks, Sainsbury’s local near by and lovely pub within a very short walk. Location and views were beautiful. Property was styled tastefully with quality kitchen ware. We had a very peaceful and relaxing stay and felt home from home. Dale was friendly and responsive with welcome and instructions. Thank you!
The entrance of a historic grade 2 listed building is showcased, featuring red brick exterior and large windows framed by white shutters. A decorative pathway leads to the front door, surrounded by well-maintained shrubs and greenery.

Neasham House

An amazing big house that was perfect for 7 of us visiting Darlington whilst on a UK tour. The views out the back of the house over the tree lined park are really nice. A comfy and calming place to stay.
