The pictures do not do this place justice! Such an incredible house, beautifully renovated and styled. We loved using the sauna, hot tub and pool. The doggos also loved the huge yard to run around in. We can’t wait to come back again!

A little slice of paradise hidden away. Unbelievably peaceful and relaxing. Fantastic amenities. Fireplace, hot tub and trail walks all add to the disconnected wildlife retreat. The perfect place to unwind and reset.

Just wow!! We booked last minute and were so happy that we did. Amanda’s cabin is just incredible. We were given clear instructions and upon arrival were so impressed. Amanda had the cabin windows open and the indoor fire already started so the cabin was cozy. Absolutely everything you need is in the cabin and it was so tidy and clean. The bed was insanely comfortable and the pillows were amazing. We thought we would get cold throughout the night but with the fire going and the bedding it was so comfortable. We used the outdoor firepit and took a walk down to the creek. Thank you for an incredible night away. We will definitely be back soon.

The attention to detail put into not only the accomodation itself, but the whole experience, was 100/10. The way it was organised and decorated was simple but thoughtful and luxurious. We loved the modern farmhouse aesthetic, the friendly neighbour-cows that paid us a visit, and so much more! The location, host, and accommodation far exceeded our expectations and we will definitely be back in the future! A few more things we greatly appreciated: -Complimentary breakfast basket with fresh baked bread -Firewood stacked and ready to go in the fireplace -110% cleanliness (it felt like we walked into a model home!) -Easy to use, and cozy coffee corner -Clear instructions on everything without even needing to ask! -Clear communication with prompt response times If you are looking to get away and disconnect, we highly recommend!!!

Gabarraa, high-country luxury escape in Tenterfield, is a wonderful place to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. As soon as we saw the place we both knew we were in for such a lovely relaxed few days. The cabin is a delight, like sleeping under the stars in luxurious surroundings. The fire was beautiful, the view to be long remembered. The cabin was nice and clean and thoughtfully fitted out with all that you need, we loved every minute of our time here.

Figtree is gorgeous! It is so private and is so mindfully designed for relaxation and privacy. It had everything that we could have wanted, We loved our stay there. It is compact, but perfect for two. Everything was clean and looked like new, I would definitely stay again. The hot tub and the indoor gas fireplace were welcome bonuses and the gourmet breakfast basket was so generous and really good quality. Those jams!! SO GOOD!

Absolutely OBSESSED. This stay completely exceeded my expectations in every way. Every detail was clearly thought out with so much care. The fireplace was the coziest touch, and the clawfoot bathtub was a total dream. The natural surroundings were pure serenity, and there were multiple walking trails right at our doorstep. Laura is absolutely lovely and nothing was too much of an ask! I’m already planning my return — we honestly didn’t want to leave. If you’re considering booking, stop thinking and just do it!!

Stayed here for a night with my partner for her birthday, the cabin absolutely exceeded expectations, I’m going to add to the bed review, extremely comfortable Super relaxing and peaceful. I will say however the photos definitely need some updating, they don’t do the cabin justice in just how stunning it is. Could not have asked for a better night away

Absolutely amazing and secluded part of the world. We loved it, and would love to come back some time when it's warmer to make use of the swimming hole. The cottage was much bigger than it looks in the photos, and the property is stunning. Photos don't do the place justice.

you simply cannot get more immersed in beautiful nature while still experiencing full comfort than this set up. large windows. cooking facilities. very responsive.. we had a great time and I highly recommend.

Magical funky handmade old cottage, full of history and charm, in a stunning location. At night, there is stillness and peace for kilometres. Loved the mist arriving across the paddocks in the morning. Beautiful views from every window. Dave and Glenda are super friendly, informative and helpful. Great welcome upon arrival. There is everything you need for a rustic yet comfortable, laid back, chill-out stay. Close to magnificent national parks for day trips.

Our stay here was so lovely! We would have loved to have stayed longer but unfortunately had to return to work :( The place was very clean, cozy, and had all the amenities we needed. The views were amazing! Highly recommend going up the hill and looking at the stunning view. 10/10 would recommend! We will definitely be returning!

What an incredible stay! The wooden cabin was absolutely beautiful and very comfortable! We were surrounded by rainforests, mountains and valleys, with lots of clearly mapped out trails on the property to explore and the horses came to say hello every afternoon and were happy to take a little snack! (I would recommend bringing apples/carrots to feed the horses they’ll become your best friends!) It’s just endless peace at hope valley, the only sounds you can hear are the birds singing, the creek babbling and the leaves rustling in the wind -with the occasional moo in the distance ❤️ we loved our stay and hope to return in the near future

Wendy is a lovely host who goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is as ideal as possible. The area is such a beautiful and peaceful place with lots of space to roam and animals galore :) I loved the calm space to decompress and my furry freeloaders enjoyed exploring and smelling all the new smells. We hope to visit again soon!

My stay at Wagtail Cottage was very peaceful. The bed was extremely comfortable. I was expecting it to be really cold up in the hills, but the cottage was so cosy and warm. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with all cooking utensils and crockery. The highlight was seeing a Willie Wagtail!

We loved Shelleys cottage. It was beautiful and clean and the perfect place to chill for a few days. We especially loved sitting by the fire pit enjoying the night sky.

Thank you so much Debbie and Allan for the wonderful farm stay experience! We had such a great time. I especially loved the fireplace in the living room — it was my first time using one and it was so much fun! The place was cozy and full of charm, and we really enjoyed meeting all the adorable animals on the farm. Truly a memorable getaway!

The cabin was so peaceful, really comfortable and so well set up, we felt right at home and didn’t want to leave, even to go out for food! There’s plenty of bushwalking and national parks to visit close by, as well as food and restaurants a short drive away. The cabin is private, the fireplace is lovely and the only thing we wish we had done was plan our meals and cook there rather than going out for food because once we’d arrived we didn’t want to leave! Thank you for such a relaxing space for a weekend away, we have it on our to do list to return sometime in the future!

It was an absolute delight to spend Christmas at Jubri's Hideaway after a long drive from Carnarvon Gorge. We had a dip in the beautifully maintained pool to cool off in the hot Queensland summer heat, a stroll through the immaculate gardens, pausing to have a read on the swings when the weather cooled off! Judy and Brian were incredibly hospitable and gave us a grand tour of the grounds and facilities. From the intimate history of the camp kitchen to the eccentricities of the chirping budgies, we felt very much at home. The cabin was perfectly comfortable, clean and aesthetically pleasing. We were impressed with the cooking equipment and we managed to scramble a delicious Christmas dinner. The bed and pillows were also very comfortable, a luxury after our adventures in Carnarvon. Although we only stayed for a night, I would give high recommendations to this lovely hideaway, truly a hidden gem! Thank you for the special christmas gift of sparkling wine and chocolates! ❤️🎄🍷

My husband and I had a wonderful Easter long weekend stay. The space is just stunning, so much better than the pictures can portray. Very creative and peaceful. The bed is comfortable and large, cozy blankets and lots if pillows, there are black our curtains but they also provided a eye mask which is a nice touch. So much love and hard work was put into the space. The wooden foot soak was so good! There is a fridge, kettle, toaster, bbq, everything u need for a weekend away, but the cafe onsite is lovely as well and u can preorder dinners to be delivered if not keen to cook. The bathroom/shower is definitely the main highlight! So unique and quite an experience, just absolutely loved the space and took extra showers just to enjoy it more! The private outdoor space with firepit and wood is a great addition! Stargazing at night on the loungers is a must. And walking down to the lake for sunset was a major highlight! Amazing sunsets and also the wildlife is great! Birds, kangaroos, emu.

Michelle was a fabulous host - she'd clearly thought of all the little things that make it feel like home. Kitchenette had all the basics you need, bathroom was roomy with excellent hot water, and mozzie coils to ward off the fiends when sitting on the balcony at nite. Bed was on the hard side (next time I'll ask for a topper!) but overall super comfy stay. The balcony was great - we were lucky enough to see both the moon and sun rise each day, plus a fabulous lightening storm. Location was perfect - close to Rosalie House Restaurant, Lilyvale Flower Farm, as well as Highfields and Toowoomba, so access to cafes and restaurants plus plenty of walking trails. All in all, a great place to spend a long weekend. Highly recommend :-)
