Sıla Hanım çok tatlı ve anlayışlı bir ev sahibiydi.Ev temiz ve her yere yakındı. Bir daha adada konaklamak istersek kesinlikle ilk tercihimiz🙏🏻

Kıvanç Bey çok ilgili bir ev sahibi. Ev gerek konumu gerekse olanakları itibarıyla eksiksizdi. Büyükada için kusursuz bir konaklama deneyimi.

Hallo , wie schon auch beschrieben. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Gute Lage , Metro und Minibusse sind schnell zu erreichen. Der Bayram ist sehr hilfsbereit ist immer erreichbar wenn man fragen hat. Nur der einziger Nachteil ist dass die Wohnung im 5 Stock ist. Und das Haus kein Auszug besitzt. Aber sonst eine Top Unterkunft.

The apartment was clean and comfortable, with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The house is located on a hill, a 5-minute walk to the sea. Chain supermarkets are within walking distance. You can park your car on the street next to the house. Bashar gave all the necessary instructions to get into the apartment. Answered questions immediately. Of the minuses: not a working iron, lack of Wi-Fi. Overall, I liked everything and would stay with Bashar again.

Gizem was extremely friendly to us throughout the stay, check-in and check-out. The apartment is very spacious, clean, nicely decorated. It has everything you need for a long stay, including pleasant little things. The street is quiet, no noisy restaurants or rushing cars. You can hear the neighbors, but they were quiet and did not bother us. The Moda area is very colorful and beautiful, good for walking, especially the embankments. Conveniently accessible by sea ferry. We missed a microwave a little. Also bear in mind that you will need to climb the stairs to the third floor, which was fine for us. Overall, everything was amazing, this place can definitely be recommended for a stay in the beautiful Moda area.

Haftasonunu geçirmek için tercih etmiştin, bu ev sayesinde geçirdiğim en iyi haftasonlarından biriydi. Ev inanılmaz huzurlu, her ayrıntısı inanılmaz güzel. Son derece temizdi. Balkonda deniz manzarasına karşı oturmak inanılmaz keyifli. Burcu hanım da çok tatlıydı, baştan sona bizimle ilgilendi. Kedisi Luna da bir o kadar tatlıydı, haftasonumuza renk kattı. Her şey dahil şahane bir deneyimdi.

Kalabalık arkadaş grubuyla vakit geçirmek için harika bir yer. 4 katlı binada her şeyimiz mevcuttu, eksiksiz bir şekilde keyifle konakladık. Ferhat Bey son derece ilgiliydi ve yardımseverdi, bizimle çok güzel iletişim kurdu. Kendisine çok teşekkür ederiz. Havuzu kullanmak için yazın tekrar gelmek isteriz :)

كانت تجربتنا في المنزل الأبيض الصغير تجربة مثالية حقًا وبدون مجاملات، ابتداءا من بدء الحجز الى نهاية تسليمه، المنزل اعجب فيه اسرتي ، كان مرتبا ومنظما بطريقة احترافية، كان نظيفا منسقا، متكامل الخدمات جدا، لو عدت الى اسطنبول سيكون هو خياري الأول، وسأنصح به أصدقائي بلا شك، شكر خالص للسيد المحترم Suha على اهتمامه و مرونته وشكر لفريقه الذي ينفذ تعليماته كما يجب.

Staying at Ahmet’s house was truly special. The location is perfect — peaceful and quiet, yet so close to everything you could want. It’s just a short, scenic walk down to the seaside, where you can catch a ferry to Bebek and soak in one of the city’s most charming neighborhoods. There’s a supermarket nearby for all your essentials, and the views from the house are absolutely breathtaking — especially at sunset. Don’t miss it; it’s pure magic. Conveniently, there’s also a bus stop right outside the gate that takes you directly to Üsküdar, from where you can easily catch a ferry or metro to Hagia Sophia and all the iconic landmarks. If you’re up for a more scenic and budget-friendly experience, I highly recommend taking the ferry from Küçüksu to Aşiyan, and then to Üsküdar. It’s a beautiful way to see the city from the water without spending much at all. Ahmet’s place offers calm, beauty, and easy access to everything —Highly recommended.

Apartament exact ca în fotografii,foarte aproape de Marele Bazar și stația de tramvai/metrou;magazine,restaurante și cafenele foarte aproape de locație. Ținând cont ca se afla la demisol, este puțin mai greu cu aerisirea camerelor dar usa de la unul dintre dormitoare este utila pentru asa ceva.Are tot ce îți trebuie pe perioada cazării la un preț rezonabil.

Después de leer tantos comentarios sobre las escaleras debo darles las gracias porque…no tenían nada de peligrosas y se subían súper bien así que superó mis expectativas. Aparte de la ubicación este apartamento vale elegirlo por Aydogan y su familia, son todos muy cálidos y amables así que solo tengo palabras de agradecimiento. Durante mi estancia ocurrió el terremoto y la verdad que no me enteré 😅 y no tenía conexión de datos aún. Al llegar a casa tenía mensajes de Elli la hija de Andogan con recomendaciones y cómo actuar me lo explicó su hijo punto por punto. Lo cual estarás cuidado y protegido por una preciosa familia. Mis agradecimientos nuevamente. Abrazos.

Resul Bey çok anlaşıylı ve dairesi çok temiz.

Burgazada’daki bu şirin dairede harika bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadık! Evin konumu mükemmel, adanın huzurlu atmosferini tam anlamıyla hissettiriyor. 3+1 geniş ve ferah bir alan sunuyor, her şey tertemiz ve çok özenliydi. Ezgi hanım inanılmaz misafirperver ve iletişimi çok hızlıydı. Balkonunda kahve içmek ve ada havasını solumak büyük keyifti. Kesinlikle tekrar gelmek isteyeceğimiz bir yer! Furkan bey iyi niyetli bir arkadaştır. Her sorumuza sabır ile cevap verdi sanki yıllarca tanıdığım bir arkadaşım gibiydi. Eviniz bulunduğu yer güzel ve sakindi. Sakin olmasının yanında ulaşımı çok rahattı. Sadece biraz yokuş vardı ama İstanbul yedi tepe zaten çoğu yerde yokuş var. Teşekkürler Furkan arkadaş.

Habe für 7 Tage gebucht und wäre am liebsten länger geblieben. Leider sind wir die letzte Nacht auch raus da wir einen Erdbeben hatten und doch schon ganz schön Angst hatten im 13ten Stock ansonsten Mega schön und sehr sauber

A peaceful stay in a quiet neighbourhood, yet accessible to supermarkets and hip cafes and food joints, just a few minutes of walking downhill. Parking was easy with a garage seemingly for 2 cars. A flight of stairs goes to the ground floor, then another set of stairs within the house to the second floor apartment. Kitchen was fully furnished with stainless steel cooking equipment and quality Utensils. There's even coffee, tea and spices! The dining area is accompanied by a serene view of a luscious green hill, with Camlica Mosque at the top. A truly relaxing getaway from the city crowd. Although we stayed for a night, we felt rejuvenated. Thanks for the experience ☆

10/10 Must stay location with a couple of notes to help non-Turkish guests to be better prepared. Mustafa is very quick to respond and good at accommodating any issues or problems you may have as an international traveler, if you're a local - you don't need to read further book right away! Bring your essentials, soap, shampoo, the groceries in the area have very limited products. Purchase water on day 1, buy lots of it - I didn't try the tap water (so this may be irrelevant). Be prepared to keep the keys on you at all times, the door uses keys from both sides (common in Istanbul everywhere you go) but this surprised me because you have to be prepared to leave whoever is staying home with the keys but take the fob with you. Mustafa provided me with a solution right away but still important to note. With all that being said, I had no issues speaking English and communicating with Mustafa, his Airbnb is an excellent place to say and really safe. 10/10

Wir haben 5 wundervolle Tage in Moda in der großzügigen Wohnung von Zeynep verbracht. Zeynep ist eine liebenswerte und aufmerksame Gastgeberin, die uns bereits vor unserer Reise mit reichlich Tipps rund um Kunst, Kultur und Kulinarik versorgt hat. Auch zwischendurch war sie immer für uns erreichbar und hat sich proaktiv nach der ersten Nacht nach unserem Wohlbefinden erkundigt. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man sich wünscht, sie ist gut und modern ausgestattet.Ganz verliebt haben wir uns aber in den Stadtteil Moda, ein pulsierender Stadtteil, in den wir am liebsten hinziehen würden. Schicke Cafés, gute Restaurants und stylisch-hippe, überwiegend junge und jung gebliebene Menschen machen dieses Viertel zu einem echten Erlebnis. Von uns gibt es sowohl für die Wohnung als auch für die Stadtteile Moda/Kadiköy die volle Punktzahl. Diese Reise war ein echtes Erlebnis.
