Townhome vacation rentals in Dania Beach

Elvera communicated well and is extremely responsive. The location was close to the beach and restaurants. She communicated to us prior to our arrival that she found out the TV was not working and she was actively working to resolve it which was not a big deal because there was no time to use it with everything else to do in the area. She was accommodating during check in and check out. Her space was large and open with plenty of sleeping accommodations for our group. There was a convenient store a block away which was great to have nearby.

We loved staying at Rosangela’s place — great location (super close to the beach and multiple stores and restaurants) and it felt extremely spacious for the 4 of us. Would definitely stay there again.

I would highly recommend this place as it’s a really nice place with everything you need and just a 3 minute walk to the beach. The rooftop is also a stand out with a great ocean view. I really loved my stay here! It’s also very quiet and the neighbors are super nice.

We came to the area to visit family. The house was beautifully decorated. Still having a very comfortable at home feeling. The house was very clean and welcoming. It is centrally located to everything you could possibly need and more but is set back from the hustle and bustle in a beautifully maintained gated and secure community. Very quiet and peaceful at night but friendly neighbors that say hello when passing by and walking during the day. The neighborhood is very walkable for walkers or runners with beautiful landscaping. Refreshing and well maintained pool and a great water access canal. We had very few questions since Andre was very informative to us before arriving. However when we did reach out, Andre was quick to respond and very informative. Happy we found a home away from home to go to whenever we are visiting our family. We would definitely reserve and stay with Andre again! Thank you Andre for sharing your home with us!

Great host. I love the city. Location is not bad, There were some homeless guys across the yard but they didnt bother us. Just an fyi for single travelers. Easy to find and responsive host. It was 3 of us so Id definitely stay again.

Very good location! House is used and remember decades but maintained quite well but do not expect luxury. Layout is good for more families. House is very spacious and location is the key here. Parking no problem. Restaurants and beaches in minutes. Great host, well communicating. Overall excellent.

Nice little setup. Very clean, well maintained. Combo washer/dryer was a new experience that took some doing to figure out how to run DRY cycle only. A/C worked well. Beds were a little too firm for my liking, however they were in good shape. Upstairs stand alone bathroom vent fan is very loud, so be careful turning it on if people are sleeping in the 2 bedrooms next to it. For those who like really dark rooms, the curtains don't close completely so let light in a bit. Jimmy was very responsive and helpful with having trouble figuring out the lockbox. Kitchen was well stocked with supplies. Ice/water from fridge worked well. Parking at night was a bit tough to find the spot marked '74' as someone was parked in one of them, and the paint is almost completely faded on them. Would recommend to others, was an overall positive experience.

Great place and area to stay in South FL. Booked for a wedding weekend for family coming in from out of town. The accommodations were excellent, just like the photos. The home was clean and the area was extremely accessible. Would recommend Lars and this home...we will be booking again i the future. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

We had a great time. It was all about the backyard for us, which was great. The house itself could use some TLC, but it was a very nice stay.

Queda a solo 2 minutos caminando del Miami Design District. Está muy cerca de todo. Está agradable el departamento, aunque me gustaría que tuviera un poco más de seguridad, ya que solo cuenta con la cerradura inteligente. Hay todo lo necesario. Los vecinos jamás molestaron en lo absoluto, ni los vi en los días que estuve. Solamente que la anfitriona tarda muchísimo en responder, responde casi un día después, eso un punto delicado ya que si tienes algún problema no puedes esperar un día para solucionarlo. La comunicación no fue buena, tanto antes de llegar como durante la estancia. Sería bueno mejorar esa parte.

This our second time staying with Michelle, such a cozy peaceful place. Has everything you need for a nice stay, and she is great with communicating and checking in. If you’re looking to be away from the crowds- yet close enough to drive to whatever you want, this is it!

This is a great place to stay, very private. The place was very comfortable. I would recommend staying here and next time I’m in town I will try to rent it again.

We had planned this trip for graduation, & my sister and I both found this place separately, shared with each other, booked instantly. This place is super quaint & charming with plenty of space to spread out in case you get tooooo much family time in. Super clean & organized, the decor and vibe is to die for- absolutely using this as inspiration for my house. We cooked breakfast every morning & had a blast- perfect bonding. My bf & dad enjoyed watching the playoffs together on the tv in the living room / dining room where we congregated and planned our days. The bathrooms/bedrooms are spacious & ultra clean. Clear instructions for check in/out. Extremely welcoming & host is prompt & communicative! Location is pro! Walking distance to beach & restaurants, including grocery store. We used the wagon, umbrella & chairs at the beach - spending our remaining days there. There's a parking space available which helped immensely. Hoping to book this place again next year- great everything

Lovely stay. I combined a work trip with a short stay in Dania beach. Bridget was wonderful with communication and the place was lovely. I especially enjoyed the deck outside. For fitness enthusiasts, there’s a park close by with bodyweight/calisthenics equipment. Would definitely recommend staying here

Very clean place to stay , accurate website description, pictures match the reality, kitchen fully equipped, the host available and answers any question immediately, my only concern is the place needs sofa bed to accommodate number of 4 people to sleep. Over all it is a wonderful house and I recommend it to anyone who think about renting it.

This is probably one of my favorite Airbnb in a while — property was amazing, the service A+ and certainly above expectations -they have an elevator!
