Hidden Escape is the serenity you never knew you needed. Overlooking the rice fields and lake with a backdrop of the mountains, this location is not lacking in views. Ketut and colleagues were amazing, they provided great support at any hour, helped coordinate drivers, recommendations and cooked a phenomenal breakfast! I cannot thank him enough for his hospitality. As described in the listing, you are remote, therefore this comes with small challenges of obtaining a Grab but as well, as mentioned, you are in the jungle & secluded, which is beautiful visually, but this does come with all sorts of unique animal encounters (bugs/geckos/rodents etc) so be aware of this. Due to a situation beyond mine or the hosts control, I was made to cut my visit short. The host was gracious, had speedy contact and worked to rectify the situation as best as possible. As a result, I did check out earlier than intended but with some adjustments for the future, I would visit again.

Very beautiful and private villa and an amazing location in Bedugul. The rooms are well organized and clean and the host did a great job communicating with us. Only small issue was there were lots of bugs in the home including several cockroaches but this was partially expected given the forested surroundings of the property. Overall had a very comfortable and accommodating stay.

we are so happy we choose to stay at Villa Celagi for our time in ubud. we would have stayed longer but it was already booked for the days we wanted. which im not surprised because the place, the hosts and the surroundings were absolutely stunning!! The two hosts Niels and Freja (and their daughter Joy) are such lovely people and were very helpful with making our stay extra comfortable. highly recommend staying here!!

I booked with short notice and their willingness was immediate. The place is far from downtown, for me it's beautiful to rest. He told me that you can rent motorcycles to get to know places, but I don't know how to ride one. However, I contacted a neighbor who took me to the place I wanted to visit. The photos of the entrance, above all, do not show how beautiful the place is, the peace that one finds and the tranquility. Ideal for relaxing, or if you work from your computer and want a relaxed and quiet space. There is a supermarket around the corner and a larger one a few blocks away. Carman's service was excellent from the moment I made the reservation. She even offered me a car to pick me up from the airport. Her response time is always immediate. She also responded with several places to visit when I asked. Highly recommended. Just keep in mind that if you don't know how to drive and want to explore, you'll need to hire a third party. Otherwise, highly recommended.

Such a great place for exactly what we wanted it for. The pool is so good that we didn’t want to leave. The staff were amazing, they were attentive and took care of everything. Only criticism would be the bathrooms need a bit of work. There is calcium build up on the shower heads so they spray a bit, so not the greatest, but everything else absolutely overshadows it.

The space is incredibly spacious – honestly one of the biggest and most comfortable places we’ve ever stayed in as a family. There was plenty of room for everyone to relax, play, and enjoy quality time together. The facilities were top-notch – everything was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed with families in mind. The kitchen was fully equipped, the bedrooms were cozy, and the living area truly felt like home. The location is also perfect – in a peaceful area but still very close to some lovely cafes that offer kid-friendly spaces, which made our days out so easy and enjoyable. On top of all that, the host was incredibly responsive and kind throughout our stay. Any questions we had were answered quickly, and they made sure we felt welcome from start to finish. Sweeping Jungle Views From a Chalet Style House on a Hilltop

Where to get started?! Mie was always easily accessible and always quick to respond. She gave us a few tips as well. Pick up at the airport was by Githa, super friendly and helpful man! In the house, Jero and Angga, friendly and always smiling house ladies were waiting for us. They cooked breakfast for us and dinner at our request - excellent! The kindness of the people around us helped make us feel at home. The house itself is on a slope with the view of the jungle - no word can describe this feeling! The jungle noises at night are the same as I imagined! Wonderful! Ubud center is about 15 minutes by car. Githa or another driver are always available. They also have tips and are open if you have any questions. I can only thank everyone for taking care of us so warmly and lovingly! Terima kasih dan sampai jumpa lagi!

Such a wonderful villa! Widhi and the team were so kind and helpful with anything we needed. The airport pickup and checkin were very smooth. The villa is so lovely with beautiful views, surrounded by nature. It's only about a 10-15 minute drive into Ubud town. The breakfast was delicious as well. We were there during Pangrupukan and the staff lent us sarongs for the parade. We would definitely recommend staying here!

I had an amazing stay in this place in Canggu! The location is perfect – close to great restaurants, the beach, and shops, making it super convenient to explore the area. Double Room with Garden view

To start with I arrived late night and it was very easy to find the place, self checkin was available. The place located in a lovely area in front of a river, very close to restaurants and cafes. And it’s just 5-10 minutes by a bike to all places in Canggu. There is a shared kitchen, very well equipped and maintained clean all the time. Personnel is always there ready to help, very nice and kind people. As for rooms, they are facing sunny side so it’s always bright inside, though might be a bit hot on the 3rd floor as A/C isn’t too powerful. Cleaning is every day. WiFi was good enough to work and take conference calls with video. The only cons there is construction nearby, they start around 8-9 am and it’s quite noisy, especially if you stay in the rooms atop the kitchen. They are somewhere in the middle of it, so I guess in 2-3 months it should be over.

The perfect place for a relaxing stay! We stayed here and absolutely loved it! The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay—super clean, cozy, and thoughtfully designed down to the smallest details. It’s a two-story home with a mini-balcony inside. Two air conditioners keep both floors at the perfect temperature. One of my favorite things is the abundance of windows, making the space feel bright and airy all day long. The natural light creates such a warm and inviting atmosphere. Another great feature is the huge TV—perfect for connecting a laptop and enjoying your favorite movies on the big screen. The staff is incredibly friendly and always ready to help. They even arranged a motorbike rental for us in no time, delivering it straight to the house, which was super convenient. If you're looking for a clean, spacious, and cozy place where every little detail is well thought out—I highly recommend it!
