I booked this unit without realizing it didn't offer Wi-Fi, which I discovered only after arriving and spending the first night. Since Wi-Fi is essential for my job, this was a big issue for me. I reached out to Sri (The host), and she was incredibly understanding and accommodating, agreeing to cancel my reservation without any problems. Aside from the Wi-Fi situation, the unit itself is really lovely. The space is beautifully designed, the bathroom was spotless and modern, and the neighborhood is wonderfully quiet—perfect for relaxation. I really appreciated the Sri's prompt communication and kindness, and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who doesn’t need Wi-Fi!

So: - the place is super clean, which is very rare to find in Bali - it looks better than on photos actually, was surprised. Bedroom is pretty big, and the bathroom is awesome. Very high ceilings Overall a very good place to stay in Ubud, loved it!

This place was unique and beautiful. This was our first time in Bali and rather than booking a villa we wanted to opt for a more authentic local experience and stay with a Balinese family. Let’s just say at the end, it felt like we did become family and have been able to share a lot of happy memories. The room was very clean with fresh linen and great AC. The bathroom being outside of the room in a separate area didn’t bother us. The hosts always made sure we were happy and comfortable. If you are willing to really explore a different side of Bali and make human connections, then this is for you but please understand you are living with a family and not in a hotel, so be respectful, be open to adapt and they will show you the same courtesy.

The check in/out process was easy and Randy & Candice was really helpful throughout the process and really responsive too!

This neighborhood is a great respite from the hustle bustle of Canggu. Really enjoyed nearby studio, the Path, great cafes and restaurants like Mostly! The place was clean and had everything I needed. Comfortable bed, good water pressure in the shower and good air conditioning. The hosts were also extremely helpful and responsive!
