Newly renovated, fully equipped and quite stylish apartment is located in the picturesque village center of Hard, just a few steps from the lake promenade and has his own parking space. At the lake promenade you will find boat rentals, cafes, mini golf courses as well as several nice spots for swimming. Our cosy Swiss chalet is situated in Flumserberg Bergheim - a quiet residential area, the closest ski lift is 5min by car or accessible by public transport. The apartment is accessible down a flight of stairs with a separate entrance and private garden/patio. The 1 bedroom apartment with a sofabed in the lounge is suitable for 2 adults & 2 young children or 3 adults. There are spectacular views of the Alps (Churfirsten) from all windows. After a few steps you will reach the shore of Lake Constance and the city center, from where you can reach any boat connection on Lake Constance. Numerous event options are available in the Lake Constance region. From May to October, our seasonal pool in the beautiful courtyard is available to all guests

Only a few minutes walk from Lake Constance, the "Gästehaus Heilig Apartment 2" is centrally located in Langenargen, a recognized resort with a beautiful lakeside promenade. The vacation home has a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom and thus accommodates 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi and a TV. The child-friendly accommodation provides a baby crib and high chair upon request.

Our house is idyllically located directly on the lake with a fantastic view of Switzerland on the Säntis and the Zeppelin city of "Friedrichshafen." For 8 years we have been successful and happy hosts, were allowed to welcome a lot of great people to us, who would also like to book our whole house. That's why we decided to make our whole house available to nice guests from Easter 22.
