Padel center is a few kilometers away. In Mellerud, there are also good train connections between Gothenburg and Karlstad.

Lillstugan is located on a farm where there are cows, chickens, cats and dogs. The beds are made and there is breakfast in the fridge when you arrive. Lillstugan has 3 beds on the ground floor and 3 on the second floor. Kitchen has dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, electric stove with oven and wood stove. TV room with sofa. Small patio with garden furniture and grill. Balcony with seating. There are roads and trails in the forest where you can walk or bike. It is 300 meters to a private beach with a jetty.

Here you live in a spacious (75 m2) apartment in a converted barn with all the amenities, fireplace and patio with lake views. Only 300 meters to Kabbosjön with beach and docks. Here you can see wild animals roaming by such as deer and fox. You can enjoy nice forest walks, paddling, berry and mushroom picking. The accommodation has a large bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed. Living room with exit to patio and a sleeping loft with two single beds. There is also a single bed in the living room.

This accommodation is suitable for those who want to take it easy and have other priorities than luxurious comfort. The days may be spent in the woods and nature, or with the canoe that is available in the lake. Once home, you might light the wood stove and let your thoughts wander over the day's events.

Red cottage, Högsäter

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay, close to nature and the lake. The cottage consists of a bedroom with a double bed. Living room (sofa bed) and kitchen. On the patio, you can enjoy the sun and the large lawn invites the children to play. Kroppefjäll is close and has several nice hiking trails. Ragnerudssjön and its swimming area is about 4 km from the cottage. Ragnerud's campground is also within easy distance with a restaurant and full rights.

Old vicarage

A beautiful house in the Swedish countryside close to lakes, forrests and local amenities. The house sleeps 6-10, is comfortably and elegantly furnished, and is surrounded by a large garden. The local beach, on lake Kabbo, is a 15-minute walk away, and the surrounding woods are wonderful to explore for fresh-air and foraging, berries (including wild strawberries and raspberries) in the summer, mushrooms (including chanterelles and porcini) in the late summer and autumn.
