Charming three-acre property, beautifully located on the outskirts of Skafterup and on the road to Bisserup, with a sandy beach and a cozy local harbor. An 80 m2 apartment with an open living room/kitchen and direct access to the garden. Focus on Sustainability with, among other things, recycled furniture. The property has been renovated with respect, including windows painted with linseed oil, oak timber framing, paper wool insulation, etc. Waste sorting and recycling are important to us, so we optimize raw materials and resources for future generations.

New cottage in the absolute 1st row and private beach at Musholmbugten and only 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is 50 m2 and with a 10 m2 annex. The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

The beautiful Faxe Bay and Noret just outside the house set the scene for a wonderful place. The house was voted the winner of the program Denmark's most beautiful cottage on DR1 (2014). The well-appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 m to the ceiling, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for a family with 2-3 children. All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. In addition, the landscape is created for beautiful walks and bike rides.

Annex for 2–3 guests

Enjoy the simple life in this peaceful and centrally located accommodation for both the beach, restaurants and the beautiful city life in Karrebæksminde. The annex is building B and is furnished with a simple kitchen. There are 2 beds on a good sofa bed as well as a bedroom with 2 single beds. Private bathroom and toilet in the Annex. Beautiful area with green areas with football goals and petanque. 10 min walk down through the charming Vesterhave with small houses and then you are at the beach and the cozy center that buzzes with life.

Our cozy cottage is located only 150 meters from Enø beach and is the perfect place for a quiet getaway. There are two bedrooms, a kitchen-living room with dining area and living room in one, as well as a wood-burning stove for the cool evenings. There are two lovely, enclosed terraces: with sun all day, dining areas, sun loungers and parasols - perfect for a quiet morning coffee, a book in the shade or a glass of wine in the evening sun. The area is quiet and scenic - here there is only noise in the form of birdsong and sea air

Located on a beautiful large fenced natural plot with many birds, squirrels, etc. 48 sqm lovely bright vacation home. 2 rooms, one room has 11/2 double beds, the other room has 2 single beds. Nice bathroom with underfloor heating. Beautiful kitchen with lots of equipment. Nice living room with TV, fireplace, internet etc. Located in beautiful natural area and very peaceful. Beautiful wooden terrace with good furniture. Incl: bed linen, towels, electricity and water.

Scenic guesthouse

Visit our small guest house. We stayed there while renovating our farm, which is 25 meters from the guest house, separated by trees. It is quiet and scenic, and it is located with beautiful views of grasslands with wild animals and birds. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to Sorø Lake and 15-20 minutes through the forest to Parnas, a family-friendly swimming area with shade and a swimming bridge. Parnasvej and the railway can be heard in the background when sitting outside. It doesn't bother us.

My charming wooden cabin, located 100 meters from the edge of the forest, invites you to a simple, primitive life surrounded by peace and beautiful nature. Sleep soundly in the cabin's loft overlooking the field, and enjoy your morning coffee amidst birdsong, and maybe you'll spot a deer. Breakfast and drinks are available for purchase. Feel free to ask. Small double bed on the loft for 2. Sheets, duvet and pillow cases and towels are included
