Vacation rentals with a home theater in Dallas Downtown Historic District

Absolutely LOVED my stay at Robert’s Airbnb — 5 stars without a doubt! From the moment I booked, Robert’s communication was outstanding. He was incredibly personable and made me feel welcome right away. Anytime I had a question or needed anything, he responded almost instantly. It honestly felt like I was staying at a friend’s place — that’s how warm and attentive he was. The check-in process was smooth, the space was exactly as described (if not better), and it was clear that Robert put real care into making sure everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. You can tell he truly cares about his guests’ experience. If you’re looking for a host who goes above and beyond, Robert is your guy. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat. The apartment was clean when we arrived and located in a great area only 15 minutes away from downtown. The property had a great pool that we used for a couple days. Mesiah is a great communicator and is clear in his instructions of check in amongst other things. Would definitely recommend since we had such a great time and experience with Mesiah and the property.

We were in town for a convention and this was the perfect spot to stay! It’s walkable to the convention center and lots of our team stayed in the same building which was super convenient. It’s very clean and the giant windows let in so much light. I was super impressed with the size… the room is very spacious!! Free valet parking is definitely a plus and there are lots of great restaurants around… highly recommend hitting up The Exchange at AT&T Discovery District :) I’d stay here again for sure.

Chris and his team have proper instructions on all we needed to do. The place looked great!! Bet modern and just like the photos but better. The valet didn't miss a beat the whole trip. When we requested the vehicle it was there. The homeless people didn't bother me, my fiance, or my 2yr old. We will recommend this find to anybody.

Dora’s place was just as the pictures on site. The place was clean and bed was super comfortable. We were there to visit two different friends and the location was same distance in opposite direction, so this was perfect for us. Walked to restaurant to get breakfast only a few blocks away. Would highly recommend this place. Had an awesome pool but we didn’t use it.

Great spot for a quick get away. Little distance from both airports but still really great location. Close to big name stores and lots of local food and attractions. Nothing is in walking distance but no issues getting a Lyft any time of day/night. Place is modern and great views. Peaceful and private. I would book again.

The space is great! Please be mindful of parking space in the driveway. This is shared with the neighbor. The Neighbor will have an issue with this and make sure not to park in front of her house either. She didn’t come out friendly at all but we knew that we didn’t come to someone’s else property and not treat it like our own. Respectful and class will always be shown. The property accommodated our family. The host was in contact with us the entire time. Jay answered all questions and made it easy. Checking in and out. They had more than enough towels in the laundry room cabinets and the kitchen was fully equipped with utensils. I overall loved it and follow the rules given and it was no problems. Definitely recommend again for family or work event.

Had a wonderful stay in Dallas! The house was gorgeous, spacious and comfortable. Very nice rooms, great for large groups or families. Everything was very clean, the kitchen was stocked with all the basics for cooking. The decor and game room were very nice touches. They had amenities for babies like a pack & play crib, high chair for eating, bathtub seat, and even some toys. The neighborhood was really nice too, nice area to walk by the river & falls. Would definitely recommend. Thanks

Definitely was a great stay. Nice and quiet neighbors, neighborhood wasn’t bad at all. Not a far drive from many of the places we went to. Lionel was a great host! Very responsive! I loved the artwork and he sent me the guy who sells them. Ended up being too busy to buy any of his pieces, which is the only thing that disappointed me during the stay. The movie room was great and the terraces were nice to chill on. Loved every single mirror in the house! Thanks for a great stay Lionel!

This place was one of my favorites to stay at. My family and I came down for a few events and this place felt like a home away from home. Grigory was a wonderful host and very responsive. My favorite parts of the house were the kitchen and the backyard. As a person who likes to cook, the kitchen was beautiful and spacious. The backyard was the best hang out spot with the pool/jacuzzi and grill. We truly enjoyed our stay here and we will definitely be back in the future.

Very nice and responsive hosts during our stay in Irving. You’re nestled right in the quaint historic district which is quiet and peaceful. The home was as described in the photos and description. No issues during our stay and we are grateful we had the opportunity!

We booked a staycation for my daughter birthday and this was the perfect place. The house was cozy and felt like home. The kids love the movie theater room. Also the beds were so comfy. I would highly recommended. Also the neighborhood was very quiet. If i have to book again i would book with Dieter.
