Heaven’s View — the name says it all. This property offers breathtaking, panoramic vistas that evoke peace, tranquility, and wonder. Picture yourself waking up in bed to the sun rising over snow-capped mountains — a view so serene, it feels like a dream. The iconic Namgyal Monastery (residence of His Holiness the Dalai Lama), the scenic Bhagsu Waterfall, and the vibrant McLeodganj market are all within walking distance. Some of the area’s best cafés and eateries are just around the corner. We truly enjoyed our stay here. If you're a nature lover who values calm, quiet, and waking up to an unforgettable view, Heaven’s View is the place to be. Rajesh, his son Sumit, and their team were warm, attentive, and always ready to help. We’ll definitely be coming back.

Had a great time at the stay. It's located at very accessible place, easy to find as well, next to Mcleodganj market, also has cafe's, bike rentals and other shops adjacent to the stay. The view from the is very scenic and the room was quite clean with all amenities and toiletries provided too. Now price is a subject thing and seemed Ok value to me, little cheaper would've made us happier. Uncle along with his son and manager 'Smarty Bhai' do a great job of hosting, always available and happy to help regarding any topic from cabs to food places to markets to help plan out route for any sightseeing, Rajesh Ji seemed very genuine person too, got a chance to have a full conversation with him while waiting for our cab and check-out, Good People 👍🏻. Would surely recommend choosing this as your stay for a Mcleodganj-Dharamshala trip.

We stayed at Sila in Khaniyara for a night and were truly impressed. The place is spacious, serene, and thoughtfully designed—Ekta’s visual artistry and Anshuman’s fine arts background bring a unique soul to the homestay. Comfortable rooms, neat bathrooms, and artistic corners make the stay memorable. Abstract art speaks to you as you move through the space, with Ekta’s rendition of Van Gogh’s “Sunflowers” beautifully catching the eye. The rooftop restaurant is airy, welcoming, and offers a well-curated menu, while the in-house bakery and wraparound balcony with 360° views add so much character. We were even upgraded to a better room, which was a lovely surprise. The team here is exceptional—Saadil manages everything smoothly, and Anshuman is not only a wonderful host but also a great person to have deep, creative conversations with. A heartfelt, beautiful space at a very reasonable cost. We’re definitely coming back—next time for a longer stay for sure !

I loved my stay so much that I ended up extending it! I initially stayed in another room at this property, which was also beautifully designed. After a short trip to McLeodganj (just a 30-minute drive away), I found myself coming back here and extending my stay—and for good reason: 1. The Host – Anshuman and his friend Shashwat made me feel so welcomed. Their company truly added a personal touch to my experience. 2. The Room – Cozy, thoughtfully designed, and perfect for the weather. It was rainy and chilly during my stay, but the provided heater kept the room comfortably warm. 3. The Food – The meals were incredible! Fresh, flavorful, and prepared with care. Even if you can’t book a stay here, I highly recommend visiting their restaurant for an exceptional dining experience. Bonus: The washroom is spacious, and the ground-floor location offers easy outdoor access. Whether you’re traveling solo, as a couple, or with family, this property is a gem and comes highly recommended!
