The time indicated by Google map can not come from the fireworks display venue to our inn in 1 hour and 14 minutes.It takes 3-5 hours on that day.The fireworks display will probably end or arrive at Katasumi as early as 1 o'clock at night and around 2 o'clock.If you're making a reservation for that date, please understand this before booking.Please note that we cannot pick you up and drop you off by car.

Share Village Machimura

This is an old thatched house built in 143 years ago. The family that has lived in the house for generations has protected it, but it was planned to be demolished because of the financial issues in 2014. In order to preserve the original landscape of the satoyama for the next generation, we revitalize the house as a membership guest house. However, the activities were stopped due to the pandemic. In June 2024 we reopened the house as a private accommodation place (rental vacation house).

It takes about 5min. There is a convenience store (2min walk), a supermarket (5min walk), and a pharmacy (6min walk), so you can get quickly whatever you need during your stay. Yokote Castle(7min drive) and Manga Museum(20min drive) let us enjoy the history and culture of this city.
