Vacation rentals with a patio in Dade County

Robbie was an excellent host! he even helped with changing out my headlight in my car, which means a lot because i got a ticket for it being out. the place was very comfortable, peaceful as well, had everything my children and i needed for our stay. we really enjoyed our stay, also check in is very flexible, Robbie accepted our short notice request stay with no problems and it was around 11pm when we arrived from traveling all day. i would definitely stay again if we pass by the area again.

This apartment is beautiful inside and out. The place was clean, with everything needed (laundry, stocked kitchen, shampoo/conditioner/soap). The bed is comfortable (with a soft sink to it). The decor is beautiful and more than a typical airbnb, making it feel homey. The bathroom is modern and had plenty of towels. The yard is well kept and peaceful. Parking is right up to the front door (it’s some gravel over grass, so it’s hard to see). The place is near the end of the road, with a subdivision at the end (there’s more traffic than expected, but it’s mostly quiet). It’s worth the price, and a beautiful, peaceful place to stay.

The apartment is lovely, new, well furnished and spotlessly clean . We were comfortable and happy with the location, which was close to the venue we were involved with. The complex is gated and secure, and there is a garage to park in if your vehicle is not too large. Our Honda Odyssey fit, but it was tricky entering the garage (driver required an outside coach and side mirrors had to be stowed). There was plenty of parking outside of the garage and sometimes we chose to use that instead. We liked the apartment and would happily stay there again!

It was beautiful condo and an even better view of the river. Very peaceful! We enjoyed our stay! The host was very responsive. We had a couple little issues the night of check in but they were addressed and fixed right away. Would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay again in the future.

place was just what we needed for a little weekend getaway . mark suggested local restaurants and activities upon my request . place is just as in the description even the pull out sofa couch was comfortable . would defiantly stay at marks place again

Absolutely loved our stay here. It was super cute and in a great location, within walking distance to a bunch of great restaurants and shops!

We had a fabulous time at Sam's place! It was in a cute historic neighborhood and within walking distance of restaurants and a good coffee shop. The neighborhood was very quiet and had a great view of the mountain. The unit was beautiful, clean, and very well decorated. We would stay here again!

Jay and Leslie's place was awsome. It was just as they described. The view was absolutely beautiful and their home was very clean and homey. Very well stocked. As hosts, Jay was great. He went above and beyond. There was a storm the first night we were there and he made sure that we knew where the storm shelters were and also sent us the apps to download to keep track of the storm. I would recommend there home to anyone going through the area.

Mike and Brianna are super-hosts in every way. Very accommodating, flexible, communicative, always available and just great to interact with. Home is everything you see in the photos and more. Lots of amenities. Barely left the house because the house has so many amenities for all 6 guests with differing ages and personalities. You can't go wrong renting this home with Mike and Brianna. You won't regret it - That's for sure.

We booked with Kendall to stay for our honeymoon. The house was so beautiful well decorated and very peaceful. We enjoyed the hot tub every night. We started our first fire together and warmed up by the fire pit. We grilled out every night.The scenery with the pond across the way and the cows in the distance was so relaxing and peaceful. We were visited by 3 red cardinals each day. The hosts were super friendly and responsive. The house was very clean. Up to date appliances. Light/Fan fictures were remote controlled and futuristic. The beds slept like royalty. They also have a game room with a pool table and ping pong. It was such an amazing stay. We didn't want to leave. We pray that we are able to come here every year. I'm already planning a trip back and next time I'll bring my mother in law our kids and granddaughter. This is a perfect spot if u wanna go to Lookout Mountain, Ruby Falls and/or Lula Lake. We will for sure be back.

This home is one of my favorites, and I’ve stayed at many Airbnbs over the years. You are right on Lookout Mountain, minutes away from great attractions like Rock City (a must see), and Ruby Falls. The drive up and down the mountain to the house was a favorite of ours and you’ll catch the most beautiful sunsets and sunrises down the road from the house. The home itself was immaculate, tastefully decorated and has everything you’ll need and then some. Jennie was super sweet and responsive and helped calm my nervous around recent severe weather, ho j thankfully had no impact to our area and stay. It was a wonderful stay and I hope to visit again soon!

Awesome stay and great location if visiting Chattanooga, Ruby Falls, Tennessee aquarium, and lookout mountain. Had some great workouts in the gym, movie nights in the theater, kids loved the arcade games, and relaxing in the hot tub. Everything we needed and then some!

Very responsive host and a beautiful home

Jayne’s home was amazing. The only downside was that we weren’t able to stay longer! The property had everything we could have wanted, had nice personal touches, and everything was in great shape and well appointed. It was very private on a great piece of land. Highly recommend staying here as we will absolutely be coming back.

We truly enjoyed our stay! This condo is new and immaculate. The beds were very comfortable. The host was so kind and responsive. I loved it so much, I looked at similar properties to purchase. Yes, it’s that nice. Here are a couple of things that I want to share for guests. This didn’t make me lower my overall five stars, but you should be aware. -There aren’t any televisions in any of the bedrooms. I don’t know how I missed this, but I did. This wasn’t a deal breaker, but if you watch television at night, you will miss it. -The train can be very noisy and constant. There are white noise machines, but oddly enough they disturbed me too. -A big SUV will not fit in the garage, but there is ample parking. -Stove is missing a knob. -Housekeeping left wet towels folded in bed. Again, very minor things. We loved our stay, and didn’t want to leave. Comfort was key! Very close to everything. Pack your earplugs and enjoy!

Had a great stay at Daveys accommodation local and walkable to coffee shops and a nearby brewery. My friends and I were visiting the area for a climbing trip and found Daveys place beyond clean comfortable and spacious to relax in after long days out. I really enjoyed this stay and absolutely will be back.

I rarely write reviews because most places are the same with some inconveniences so I just keep it to myself. Dana did a fantastic job as a host though because she provided all the necessities and more. We had a good amount of towels to use. We didn't have to run out to the groceries store to get more trash bags or toilet papers like other places. I was confused when she didn't have a list of things I had to do to check out so that was a nice surprise. My kids loved looking at the birds and river while they were there so her location was a good spot. Overall, we'd recommend it.

Conveniently located on the first floor, Anna's condo was convenient to much of what Chattanooga has to offer, including the Convention Center. The condo was nicely decorated and we would absolutely stay here again if it was only 2-3 of us traveling . We had storms come through on Saturday into Sunday and Anna reached out to see if we needed anything. Great host, and a great place to come for a stay in Chattanooga!

Jeremy's place is a great stay, no matter if you want to use it for local it's walkable to all of Chattanooga, and also a great base camp for surrounding areas. Will definitely keep his place in mind when staying in Chattanooga

I came with my husband for his birthday and the place was beautiful! The town had breathtaking views and everything was in walking distance. The condo was so cozy we felt right at home. This is truly a peaceful place and we look forward to returning!

Loved our stay at Jennifer’s place! It was absolutely adorable and very comfortable. We had a little trouble with casting on the Fire stick, but restarted it and it worked fine. The neighborhood was quiet but a short drive to many main attractions. Jennifer also left snacks and drinks to make us feel even more at home! Would definitely recommend staying here.
