The apartment offers a pleasant panoramic view, spaciousness, and tranquility. It is located 5–7 minutes by car from downtown. There are large stores, a park, and convenient transportation nearby. This is a private property that I rent out during periods when it's available, in a quiet area suitable for a vacation or a business trip… the idea is a peaceful and private stay. The apartment is fully furnished and well-maintained… everything you need. Parking is available around the building!
