Beautiful apartment, it was in a great location near some fantastic restaurants and 5 mins from the beach. Really enjoyed our stay

The place is impeccably clean and perfectly matches the photos. Duc is incredibly responsive and offered excellent recommendations. He connected us with Harry, who proved to be an exceptionally reliable guide for our tours. We particularly appreciated the cleanliness of the sheets and the convenience of having a washer and dryer for our laundry needs. While the internet in the master bedroom was a bit slow, I informed Duc, and she seemed committed to addressing it. This might have been due to the high volume of live streams during the fireworks festival last night. The overall convenience and accessibility of this location were outstanding. Should we return to Da Nang, I would definitely choose to stay here again.

Logement parfait avec de très bons prix pour la location de scooter! Le seul inconvénient est qu’il n’y a pas beaucoup d’ustensiles de cuisine comme une spatule. Sinon, je n’ai rien à dire! L’hôte très aidante et répond rapidement.

Thi Hien’s place is located in the best area of Da Nang. Only 3 minutes away from My Khe beach, by foot! This area is bustling, clean, beautiful, has the best crowd and has many options to eat from if you are a foodie and love exploring cafés. Talking about the BNB, it was clean, all appliances provided were working well, with a view of the beach from the balcony. The host is warm, welcoming and very approachable. House is decorated well and extremely comfortably. For the price we paid, it was a steal deal! I would definitely recommend it to travellers on a budget.

One of the greats! I stayed in 3 different areas during my stay in Da Nang and this was my second favorite. The location I loved because of the river vibe and of course so close to the firework festival but also the layout of the apartment is nice and spacious, it has everything you need and she has done such a cute job decorating it that you really feel like you are home. The TV is really nice, great size, couch is really comfortable to chill at. There is even a full length mirror that wasn’t in the pictures on the listing which was a big bonus! There are so many good restaurants super close by and everything else is walkable. I guess the only downside is if you want to go to the main beach area it’s 15min scooter. But really that’s not so bad is it? Also there is a 4Ps downstairs, some seriously amazing Italian at your doorstep. I think the only thing that could’ve been better were the chairs at the kitchen table. Working remote was not as comfortable sitting there.

Stylish, great apartment in the heart of Da Nang! Looked exactly like the photos. The bathroom was so big and the furniture was super comfortable. Quiet building, centrally located. Slept well. Host was friendly and communicative. The guidebook was such a nice touch. Really enjoyed the stay and will stay again next time I’m in Da Nang. Thanks Bare! :)

we had a great time in this apartment. the place is clean, quiet and very accessible. there are lots of food and convenience store nearby that opens 24hrs. less than 5 minutes walk to the beach. the host response promptly to our inquiries. i love to stay again and will definity recommend this apartment.

Excellent apartment, spacious and clean. Lovely hosts who were always keen to help and support in anyway they could. There are multiple gyms within walking distance and a Muay Thai gym literally next door. There’s also a 24 hour supermarket a few doors down so it really has everything you need. Not a negative word to say about the place or the hosts, would 100% stay again and recommend to anyone

Даже на первом этаже достаточно светло и тихо. Кровать комфортная, мебель современная, в квартире много разных умных фишек и даже ворота ночью можно открыть через приложение. Достаточно чисто, но если приглядываться, есть волосы и какие-то места, где помыть забыли. Бронировал на 3 дня, но договорился остаться тут на месяц. Всё нравится, только далеко от всего, нужен мотоцикл, граб байки и доставка еды приезжают быстро, но это всё быстро надоедает. Вокруг только местные точки, магазин и какие-то мелкие мастерские.

Kỳ nghỉ tuyệt vời, rất đáng để quay lại, phòng nhỏ xinh với cửa sổ lớn đón ánh sáng. Host nhiệt tình, hỗ trợ kịp thời khi có sự cố phát sinh. Mình nhận phòng gần 11h30 tối nhưng vẫn được host trực tiếp đón và hỗ trợ nhận phòng nhanh chóng, giới thiệu các địa điểm gần toà nhà. Có máy giặt, sấy, chỗ phơi đồ. Phía dưới toà nhà có quán nước giá rất bình dân. View tầng thượng nhìn ra núi Sơn Trà, sông Hàn, toà nhà hành chính, cầu Thuận Phước lung linh khi về đêm... gần đường Nguyễn Công Trứ với rất nhiều món ngon và giá bình dân. Tuy nhiên áp lực nước trong phòng tắm cần cải thiện hơn. Ngoài ra mọi thứ rất ok.

Great apartment with a very convenient location — just a couple of minutes from the beach, yet far enough from the first line to be quiet and peaceful. There are plenty of excellent cafes with Asian and European cuisine within walking distance — you can try something new every evening. A nice bonus was a quality massage salon just a minute away from the building. The staff were very responsive and always ready to help with any questions. A wonderful place to stay — we’ll definitely be back!

Tais apartment building and staff members are amazing. this is like of the best Airbnb's I have stayed in and by far the best Airbnb in Asia / SEA. everything is so clean and new, the bed is really comfortable which is really important for my back problems, and the area is nice and quiet but with heaps of things around (restaurants , cafes , massage etc). about 5 minute walk to the beach. Tai and the people who work at the front counter was really helpful, friendly and responsive as well. thanks guys!

We booked the 1 bedroom apartment on the same day that we were meant to check in. The team was quick to get in contact with us to let us know that unfortunately the 1BD was not available for the dates we had selected and they would upgrade us to an available 2BD apartment free of charge! The apartment was very spacious, clean with all the amenities we needed. The check-in/out processes were super easy because the team communicated these clearly. We only had to walk a couple of minutes to get to the beach, which was perfect. They were very quick to respond when we had questions and were always courteous and friendly. We could not have asked for a better experience!

Lovely place in Da Nang. Perfect location for bars, restaurants and the beach so couldn’t ask for anything more! Very comfy bed and pillow as well.

Great home and location! It was convenient to get to places, surroundings had items such as coffee, food, nail salon, ATM, etc. The house itself was clean and felt just like home. We would love to stay here again. Lastly, the host is very helpful and friendly! It was truly welcoming.

너무 좋은 숙소였습니다. 부모님을 모시고 하는 첫 여행이었는데 숙소에 제일 신경을 많이 썼었습니다. 터무니없이 비싼 숙소가 아닌, 합리적인 가격에 깔끔하고 친절한 호스트까지 모든 부분에 있어서 만족했던 숙박이었습니다. 다른 호스트와는 다르게 수영장과 Gym까지 무료사용이 가능한 점도 큰 장점입니다. 다음에 다낭에 오면 또 다시 묵겠습니다.
