Close to an equestrian center, many hikes, 2 km from pretty villages with all shops. It is located 15 minutes from Annecy, 25 minutes from Aix-les-Bains and 30 minutes from the ski resorts. It has an exterior with access to the pool, private parking space and bike/ski room.

The Bauges Massif offers lots of activities like cross-country and downhill skiing , biking or horse riding ….. You will take the most of a wonderful view on the Semnoz Mountain as well as the peacefulness of the village (Héry-Sur-Alby) , while being really close to the town and all its services.

Our apartment, on the ground floor of our cottage, is located in the heart of the village of Cusy. You will enjoy the garden and barbecue for your meals, and the superb mountain views to relax! All small shops are within walking distance: bakery, butcher, cheese shop, pharmacy and a small supermarket! A 15-minute walk away are the first hikes and swimming accesses of Cheran. Lake Bourget and Lake Annecy await you 20 minutes by car.

Pleasant 30 m2 studio on the ground floor of a chalet. You will find all the necessary equipment for an enjoyable stay in Cusy (kitchen, dining area, sitting area, double bed (140 X 190), bathroom and toilet, outdoor terrace) at the entrance to the Bauges Nature Park. Located halfway between Lake Bourget and Lake Annecy. Ideal for hiking but also for discovering the region. We live on the first floor of the cottage with our child.

L'Orée des Bauges, small chalet facing the mountains

Our independent chalet, not overlooked, between lakes and mountains is ideal for nature-loving couples wishing to relax in peace. At an altitude of 650 m, the 180° view from the terrace is exceptional over the surrounding mountains. Birds of prey and other birds can be frequently observed there, as well as large animals (deer, does) depending on the season. The cottage is not suitable for children and infants.

Farm dome in Chartreuse

Nestled in the heart of the Chartreuse, come and discover our independent dome within our small farm dedicated to plants. You will be charmed by the view of the valley, the 360° cliffs with the Grand Som in the background. We'll be happy to introduce you to our work if you'd like. Our house and farm premises are 80 meters from the dome and its terrace, not overlooked.
