RV camper that sits on a private permaculture homestead. Sleeps 4 comfortably with an addition small couch bed. Includes new build roof, firepit, hammocks, picnic table, porta john, electric, water, shower, limited propane, fully functioning camper aside from the camper toilet( was ripped out and now has a private porta jon on site). Enjoy nearby kayaking/ river activities, 20 minutes from a busy town with lots of shopping and restaurants/ bars. We are 420 friendly. Lots of animals for viewing.

We had a great stay at Marlene’s place. We loved the rustic feel of the cottage, which was very cozy. We enjoyed our coffee outside in the morning with the beautiful wooded backdrop and the sound of roosters. When it got chilly at night we through some logs in the wood burning fire stove. Really beautiful and comfortable place. Would definitely stay again.

We spent a week here for a family vacation and loved it! The location was right between Pentwater and Ludington with lots to do in both places. It was peaceful and tastefully decorated. I had a question about the shower and the host(s) were quick to respond! Loved this for what we needed.

Patrick is a great host. Communication is top notch. Perfect place for families with a pet, the yard is completely fenced in. Short trip into downtown Ludington.

This home was perfect for what I was there in Ludington for. I was only 15 minutes from the furthest course I had to compete at. The home was also close to any kind of business I needed to run up to for supplies as well. Very peaceful stay with every amenity you could want including a washer/dryer. I felt safe & was very comfortable my entire stay!!! Hope you all enjoy this hidden gem as much as I did!

Emily is an amazing host. We reserved for my husband and daughter’s annual schools over trip. Emily was helpful and extremely easy to communicate with. The house was clean, comfortable and cozy. The sheets are high quality and that is a huge plus for us. We will definitely seek Emily’s home out when we are back in the area.
