Dimentica ogni preoccupazione in questa oasi immersa nella più pura natura mediterranea. Dall'ampio patio si può godere della vista del vigneto e della bellissima e tranquilla campagna circostante. Due camere da letto possono ospitare comodamente 4 persone e la cucina fornisce tutto il necessario per un comodo soggiorno. Per raggiungere la casa è necessario percorrere 1.5 km di strada sterrata. La strada è agibile, ma inevitabilmente ci sono delle irregolarità sul piano stradale. !NO WI-FI!

The house is located in the historic center of Sant'antioco and is spread across two floors. On the ground floor is the living area with sofa, TV and kitchen with all appliances (refrigerator, oven). There is also a courtyard with a large barbecue and table and chairs for outdoor lunches and dinners. On the second floor, there are the two bedrooms and the bathroom complete with sink, toilet, bidet, shower and washing machine.

old and modern with design

Every detail of the house has been carefully considered and researched over time so that you can enjoy total relaxation. Complete with every accessory. The staircase is modern, so you have to be careful with children. We don't want to block it with "not suitable for children" because we love our little guests. The house has two outdoor areas, one of which allows you to organize relaxing outdoor dinners.

La spiaggia più vicina si trova a 6 km di distanza.

Quiet little piece of paradise, everything was in the cottage. Possibility to park your car for free right in front, great well-equipped kitchen, nice outdoor table, very good bed. Only small downside the double bed is on the mezzanine, even with a fan it's very hot but we had a very good 2 days. Karim was not there, his mom welcomed us, great kindness. We highly recommend this place to stay for lovers of tranquility! Thank you Karim and thank you to your mom.

We were very warmly welcomed by Erminio and in advance and during the stay the communication with Matilde was very courteous. The question is only for what Holidu is used here? The house is very nice and spacious, but as described in the other reviews, the living room is only separated by a thin wall (and it did not bother us). The location is in a quiet residential area from which you can explore the whole city on foot. Calasetta is a small town, but has everything you need. We could even rent a boat at the harbor We would definitely come back!

Caterina was very responsive. The place was lovely with a really good air conditioner which we really needed as it was scaldingly hot. Great little place fantastic for a family of 4. Would recommend.

We loved staying at Stefano's property! It is accessed by a small dirt road. The house is located in a nice corner of nature surrounded by trees and a small orchard. It is arranged in a modern way (excellent wifi connection) with 2 bathrooms and a large terrace on which you can eat with views of the countryside. Small simple kitchen to prepare small meals. It's truly a pleasure to stay there. The place is charming and relaxing. We highly recommend it.
