You're a 10-15 minute drive to tourist attractions, Canberra Hospital and Stromlo cycling centre. A well stocked IGA, local shops and bus are just 3 minutes walk. Cosy, self contained and insulated, brand new tiny home is located at the back of a tranquil garden of a private residence. Fully equipped kitchen and furnished courtyard with BBQ. You get a private entrance from your own undercover car spot and fenced yard. 'The Den' is a peaceful , secure little gem. Tucked away and almost out of sight, yet centrally located close to Woden Town Centre, 5 minute walk local shops/cafes, 5 minute drive to the Canberra Hospital.

Only a 5-minute drive to Westfield Woden, a short 5-minute walk to local shops and bus stops, 5 mins to Embassy area, 13-minute drive to city and 10 minutes to the Parliament area. For snow season, we are just 30 mins drive to Corin Forest snow resort, 2.30hour to Snowy Mountain.
