I had a great experience at the accommodation, wonderful pool, clean house with a lot of affection to welcome us, my group and I loved the place, very quiet location, Poliana responds to us quickly and was very flexible with us, I loved it, I loved it. We'll be back soon.

Our stay was wonderful! My husband, who was apprehensive, LOVED it, in fact everyone liked it! It's already on our list of favorite places to stay! Priscila always responded quickly, the photos are accurate, she provided all the information about the place, such as leisure and meals, and all the information was very useful and accurate. The place is wonderful, very quiet and well maintained, the flat was very clean and organized, very comfortable beds and pillows, very friendly and helpful hotel staff. The hotel has many leisure options, and there is no charge for them. This accommodation is undoubtedly a great option for those who want to disconnect from the hectic life and have a good time with the family!

The house is wonderful , huge area, large pool, extremely beautiful and well-maintained green area, very kind hosts, full barbecue area, Mr. Gilberto , very solicitous and I leave a special thank you for the fire pit that when we arrived it was ready🥰🥰🥰. The house has 6 bedrooms 3 has air and 3 are with a fan, 2 suites one above and the other below in the downstairs suite there is no air ( as it was very cold , it was not necessary ) . We went in a group of 14 people and everyone settled in very well would definitely come back. We loved it

The house is wonderful, it's in the center. Close to waterfall routes. The atmosphere is very cozy, comfortable. Gloria is an excellent host.

Elton was extremely understanding and helpful, his mother received us with kindness and proactivity. The site is beautiful! has an amazing view, wide surroundings with living spaces and to relax, a bonfire to light up the night and hammocks on the balcony. It was me and my husband, we spent 3 days and it was very quiet and comfortable the entire stay. We will return as soon as possible!

Our stay was great! Super cozy place and everything very clean and organized! We were greeted by the parents of the owner who was super friendly and explained everything. Heated Pool and everything you need for barbecue and kitchen! Evinho gave us great restaurant and delivery tips. We really like the days we spent there and we certainly want to go back

The Chalé da Rafaella is extremely beautiful and cozy, with a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, clean and well decorated bathrooms. The outdoor area offers a beautiful view with lots of greenery, plants, fruit trees, an outdoor fireplace, several hammocks to rest and a wonderful pool. The housekeeper Welligton and his wife always very kind, helpful and willing to help with whatever we needed. I recommend it to everyone, and hope to return.

The place is indicated for those who wish to stay in Alto do Moura. For everything can be done on foot. If you want to go downtown etc. you need your own car or uber. The place is very nice. All are in private spaces, all with a bathroom in each room (there are 4). And there is also an external bathroom. Cool Kitchen to make and eat. Great pool. If we had more time we would stay longer. Ademais, the host is worth mentioning. He's great. Super polite, kind and made us feel right at home. I saw a lot of praise for him in the reviews. And I can confirm, they're fair.
