A very good place to stay in Bogotá, an excellent area with restaurants and markets nearby. The property is beautiful and well laid out, it is also quite comfortable and has everything you might need. The property managers are very friendly and willing to make additional accommodations. Will definitely stay again.

The place is perfect! Our Host was extremely attentive, helpful, let us check earlier, we were taken care of wonderful. The apartment is super spacious, there are two rooms where two people sleep in each and in the living room there is a sofa that opens up and someone else could sleep there. The kitchen is equipped, there are towels, sheets, you see that the place is renovated or new, it is cold in the city but if you close the windows do not pass the cold. And there are bedspreads too. The water is warm well in the shower. The kitchen works, the fridge is large. There is a batea. Television in every room… really the price is a bargain for everything it offers. And it'S SUPER close to Simon Bolivar Park. Highly recommended.

A very nice apartment, very well furnished, very clean, very conveniently located. Elizabeth and Catalina give you all the useful information to get there and enjoy your stay. They are also very responsive if you have a question. Everything was perfect.

Everything was great. The accommodation is as seen in the photos, and as described in the publication. The Residencial set is well private and everything is in pristine condition. The pool was definitely the best, amazing. The staff of the team was very friendly at all times. The host Laura was always attentive and always responded in time. The stay was great! Martha is very friendly and helpful, the apartment is exactly as described and everything is great! Too bad about the water issue, but it's from Villavicencio. The apartment is very nice, with very good taste in the decoration, everything very neat and thought out for the comfort of the customer. It is not recommended for those who want to cook because it has very few pots, the air in the main room hardly cools even at the lowest temperature. The complex is very average, there is nothing extra to do inside, it is very unoccupied and seems almost abandoned. The entrance to the tower is dirty and unlit, the apartment is on the 5th floor, and if you have several suitcases and groceries it's a tough climb, and the apartment is being repaired, the other apartments are very dirty. Things happened that are beyond the owner's control, such as the fact that we were almost a day without electricity and the Internet was down almost all the time. Keep in mind that Villavicencio is very close but you have to pay tolls. It's a very good place to stay and I'd go back, but I hope they take better care of the common areas. The host is one of the best I've met on Airbnb, always concerned and in constant communication

It is a house in a very quiet, clean and private complex, ideal for a family atmosphere, flexible at check-out, informing in advance, clear instructions and recommendations when handing over the house and at check-in. The house is just as seen in the photos and has everything you need to have a good weekend, the pool is perfect to rest with the family in a quiet way. The location of the complex is ideal for shopping for essentials during your stay. The complex also has green areas if you want to go for a walk.

Visit the house for work issues, the internet is very fast. The rooms are super comfortable and having a pool a few steps away is great. Surely visiting the accommodation again with my family, within the condominium there are many things to do (tennis courts, billiards, hike), it is a very quiet place, safe and with a lot of green around it. Added to this the excellent attention of the host, and Mrs. Rosario. Enjoy your stay a lot.

This accommodation is fantastic, the rooms are superb, the garden and pool are very nice. Some equipment or modifications may be missing (e.g. a dishwasher or placing a refrigerator in the outdoor kitchen). Neighbors should also be prevented from making excessive noise during parties at night. In summary, I will return for a relaxing vacation.

Marcela's house is great! It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Jonatan was the one who welcomed us and for any questions or needs he was always there, attentive and available to help. The rooms are very large, all with air conditioning and a private bathroom. The private pool is amazing and also has great sound equipment, sun loungers and a small jacuzzi. The condominium is guarded and very quiet, and it is just 10 minutes from downtown Girardot but with the tranquility of the mountains. Highly recommended to spend a few days relaxing with family or friends. We would always come back to this house! Thanks Marcela and Jonatan!

Robi is very nice person and offers 24-7 service whenever there's a question or request regarding the property. The apartment is well-equipped with all necessities and feels spacious with ample room for indoor activity and storage. The dryer is a big plus for the wet weather in Bogota! The complex has a free indoor pool and small gym, which makes the stay more enjoyable. Although the apartment is close to the main road, you don't feel too much noise as the windows are double-glazed. Also, the security guys are very friendly and helpful.

Apartment with all amenities, clean, tidy, spacious. It has air conditioning in its rooms and also fans. In addition, the location of the apartment in the complex makes it receive shade and makes it very cool. The set is very nice. The photos fall short on showing the social areas. Spotless pools. Super friendly staff. We loved it and felt a 100% break. My 2 year old was always happy with the parks and pools and even our dog lived relaxed with the green areas and the tranquility.
