The apartment is spacious, clean, secure, comfortable, and well situated in Bogotá. Supermarkets, restaurants, parks, cafés, transportation, and much more are all within walking distance. Taxis, Ubers, and food delivery can locate the apartment with ease. Security staff are kind and helpful. Highly recommended!

My stay was fabulous, my family and I felt right at home, the apartment is very nice, organized and is located in a fairly central area with access to many things. Mrs. Martha is very friendly and helpful. The day we checked in, we had a flight delay, so we arrived a little late, but she patiently waited for us. We would definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone planning to go to Chía.

We were in Bogotá for a week so my husband could have a minor back surgery. The location of the apartment was ideal for medical visits and proximity to the Unicentro mall plus smaller, local vendors. The apartment itself was absolutely spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Our teenage son enjoyed the nearby neighbourhood basketball court. Everyone in the building was helpful and kind. Thanks for making my family feel safe and cozy.

Nick was a great host from the very beginning. Made sure everything was clear and ready for my check in and made sure to open a path of communication so my stay was always tended to. I truly recommend the place, it is spacious, clean and close to everything. Two Thumbs up!

The apartment is very nice and elegant, just as seen in the photos, the order and cleanliness are a 10 and the apartment comes with everything you need for an excellent stay. The private Jacuzzi is a very high point of the apartment and the pools and communal Jacuzzis are clean and elegant. The balcony has a great view and being able to have a hammock is a plus. Diana was always in touch and kindly provided the necessary information and help, we will definitely come back

Apartment was as noted in the pictures and we were pleased with the apartment, however the condominium enmities were not always available for our use and was only able to use the rise the pool

Everything was great. The accommodation is as seen in the photos, and as described in the publication. The Residencial set is well private and everything is in pristine condition. The pool was definitely the best, amazing. The staff of the team was very friendly at all times. The host Laura was always attentive and always responded in time. I would definitely come back and I recommend it.
