Beautiful and comfortable apartment with an amazing view and pool. It’s probably an easier place if you have a car or use taxis - the neighborhood and restaurants within walking distance are pretty simple, and as a single woman I didn’t want to walk there alone at night (although during the day was fine). I took the bus to and from Bogota, and it’s a ten minute walk from the apartment to the bus stop near parque de Los Fundadores, so that was also a plus.

Everything as seen in the communication, the apartment is very clean and very beautiful. Diana and Carlos were very attentive and very helpful to us. Fantastic common areas, always clean, and the condominium staff are very friendly. i'm sure we'll be back soon!

This place is amazing. It's beautiful. The kitchen has everything you need, and it's all clean. Like, really clean. The bedrooms are spectacular. The only small thing is that the fourth bedroom is very tiny - really appropriate for a child maybe. But the other three are luxurious. Cata and her mother were super responsive to every single question. Such lovely people. Really, if you are looking for a place in Bogota of this size/location, don't hesitate.

Very cozy and clean accommodation with large pool in a safe and quiet complex. We immediately felt very comfortable and enjoyed the stay very much. We will be back!

The building is new, nice and very quiet. The security guards are super friendly and are always attentive. The one-bedroom apartment is warm, comfortable and has an amazing view. The area is very practical: walking you get to the D1, bakery, pizzeria, restaurants, shops, fruit and vegetable shops... and even IKEA! In addition, there is a TransMilenio station right in front and you are surrounded by main roads, so getting around the city is very easy. The host was very attentive and always willing to help. In short: a great place to stay. I recommend it 100%!

The weekend was spectacular, the condominium is very quiet, cozy, the support staff is very friendly and helpful, they were always attentive to my daughters and my mother-in-law. Being able to use the courts and pools without restrictions was the best, the apartment is very comfortable, the air conditioning in all the rooms relaxed us a lot. A wonderful experience. The place met all expectations. It was a great location. Check-in at the site was easy. The apartment was clean and organized. I had everything you need to have a pleasant time. Carolina was always available to answer questions. Also, there was check-in time flexibility, which allowed us to enjoy a little more. I recommend this excellent option for a vacation.

Jhony's apartment is a spacious, clean, safe and very organized place in every way; he is always attentive to any concerns and solves them immediately, my family and I spent a very good few days of rest. I highly recommend it since the photos do not do justice to everything this place offers. We will definitely be back.

Top notch apartment on top floor in a safe and clean gated complex. Sadly I could only stay one evening but if available would certainly return as it’s an excellent, well furnished and appointed unit.

The accommodation is everything that is shown and more, in case there were any doubts, all the rooms have air conditioning, the pillows are ergonomic and the facilities of the complex have everything. We spent the whole Holy Week there with family and friends and were very happy. It has all the utensils in the kitchen and is super easy to get to. Just outside the complex there is a mini market to get some small things, but Rappi also delivers in case you forget to buy something.
