In general everything was great, we only had an inconvenience with the pump and the pool heater but it was a matter of the batteries of the control and it was easily fixed. Something that if it was a little annoying was that people came in well early on the Monday morning but they never let us know that they would come, always good to know that someone is going to enter. PDTA: Entry to the property is a fairly steep slope, it can be tricky for some drivers, keep that in mind.

A wonderful place to rest, we have it for the weekend to celebrate my 2 years old birthday, we love it, great stay overall.

It is just like in the photos the hosts were super good people, the lady who helped us a love cooked very rich and no complaints about the house everything was impeccable and they were always attentive would come back without thinking :)

The house, the outside space with BBQ and the swimming pool are suitable for 16 people. We had a great time also with the help of Maria and Joanna, the domestic assistants. The only thing you need to do is to buy your favourite ingredients and they will cook the meals, breakfast and lunch and prepare something for dinner before they leave at 4 pm. In the meantime they keep the house clean. The pool maintenance is done in the morning by a specialist. State of maintenance is in perfect order as is all equipment.

We really liked it, we were approx 20 people, and we felt very comfortable, we had two people helping us during our stay always very friendly and with good disposition. We would definitely come back, there is also option to play basketball, volleyball and soccer, great for the kids. Approximately 10 minutes by car to Melgar.

The house is beautiful, very quiet and private, comes with everything you need for a very comfortable stay. The host is always very attentive and the person who receives us in the house is very kind. This is a great place to share as a family and bring your pet.

To get there I recommend calling Mr. Luis, with his instructions we arrived easily by area of similar accommodations with easy access, close to D1, Ara, Cruz Verde, Carulla, very close to Girardot, which allows you to go out at night and enjoy a little. The accommodation is as in the photos, guarded by cameras. I was scared that there were 2 cameras inside the house, but I think they pointed towards the outside. The pool is very clean. We had brought pool chlorine in case it was required, but it was so perfect that it wasn't necessary, fully-equipped kitchen, we were able to cook and barbecue, very good quality beds, rooms with ceiling fans and mobile, impeccable bathrooms, don't forget to bring towels, there aren't any, there are a lot of mosquitoes and gnats, when closing doors and windows the house is airtight, a fumigation at night and that's it, very good experience, recommended for families with pets, thank you for your kindness

The place is spectacular, the only bad thing is that the Internet never worked for us, otherwise the deal with the host and with the staff who takes care of the place was very friendly. We were very happy, it is important to keep in mind that the place is not left in Carmen to apply it but in a sidewalk that is about 10km away.

Beautiful place, it has everything as described, the entrance was a bit complicated due to the winter season and the road at the end was uncovered, but in general with the location you can get there and it is independent, so you can come and go whenever you want. The staff are very friendly and ready to help with whatever is needed, a lot of mosquitoes (remember to bring repellent). A nice atmosphere to rest for a weekend.
