Our centrally-located tiny home is just 2.5 miles south of I-40 & a few miles from restaurant row & TTU. Burgess Falls state park & Window Cliffs State Natural Area 5 miles away. Cummins Falls 11 miles. Cookeville Boat Dock Marina on Center Hill Lake 9.5 miles (kayak/canoe to Fancher Falls from the marina). Our family of 4, along with numerous cats and 3 dogs, lives here on 3 acres, so there’s plenty of grass for your pet(s). Quiet, relaxing atmosphere to rest for a day or stay a week!

Cummins Falls Getaway

This newly remodeled home is nestled in a quiet subdivision with a view of peaceful pastures from the front porch swing. It is a perfect get-away destination for you and family or friends. It is located on the outskirts of Cookeville, and in minutes you can be; downtown for a little shopping and dining out, at the trail head to Cummins Falls*, or at TTU for the big game or graduation. * A permit is now required to hike to the falls. tnstateparks.com/parks/cummins-falls

Cummins Falls State park is 7 miles down the road! Lets not forget you can work out at Crossfit Mayhem. Its just a 10 minute drive.

We are located just 15 minutes from the charming small town of Cookeville, TN. We are also near beautiful natural attractions, such as waterfalls and lakes. Cookeville is centrally located between Nashville, Knoxville, and Chattanooga.

The cabin is a wonderful place for a family retreat or couples getaway! It is conveniently located 3 minutes from a four lane highway and is less than 15 minutes south of a town that has a population of around 5,000 and 20-30 minutes north of a larger college town of approximately 35,000.
