Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Cumberland Township

This BnB is in contention for my FAVORITE stay of all time. Family of 6 adults and 1 child had more than enough space, and Jeanne really made our stay effortless. We felt right at home and we didn't have to make that last minute trip to the store you sometimes have to make bc the host skimped on providing toilet paper or dish soap, because she honestly thought of EVERYTHING ❤️ My granddaughter loved the pool and dips in the hot tub after swimsmade the adults happy. The location and view are to die for, and the two pups were ecstatic playing in the large fenced area. We spent a lot of time outside, plenty of furniture, fire pit, just eating dinner on the deck. (Missing NOTHING in the kitchen either!) Our last night we spent sitting and talking on the deck trying to identify the multitude of frog voices from the pond, before we parted ways to our various home states. I am most grateful for memories made and we are definitely considering a repeat! ❤️Thank you!

This is our 3rd year staying here and already booked for next year. Location is great for the event that we attend every year. Quiet and you couldn't ask for better hosts.

We loved this house. It was clean, peaceful and quiet. No trouble getting to the house and Kiley was very helpful during the whole process. We would highly recommend staying here and the host is wonderful.

Such a beautiful retreat - close to downtown Berkeley Springs but just far enough away to feel completely secluded. the view from every room and balcony was gorgeous. The house has nearly everything you need right there - we especially appreciated the kitchen having seasonings & all of the pots/pans/dishes you need to cook. Our goal was having a few days to rest and spend time with each other, and that's exactly what we were able to do. The game room was a real treat, and the bowl of conversation starters in the living room was such a fun way to hang out without just having the TV on.

We had a great golf weekend in the area and really liked the accommodations. It was private, enough to fit 8 golfers, and close to many of the course we played. We will go back again.

This home was spotlessly clean and looks just like the photos. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room and seating for watching movies. The showers and bathrooms were great, and it was nice to be able to do laundry. We used the pool towels provided. The kitchen was stocked with basic items - there is a keurig coffee pot only and they provide pods which was nice. A few things we didn’t realize: the driveway is very steep and we scraped our van trying to go down the first time - you need to go in at a certain angle. The noise alarms are very sensitive and it went off when we were watching a family movie, and we had to answer a text from Tanya. This was honestly a bit annoying. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub! When the jets were turned on, the hot tub become filled with much foam from all the chlorine so we didn’t turn the jets on anymore. We hiked from the house into the state park and did a 5 mile loop, which was very convenient.

This listing was Wonderful only about 20 mins to Hershey Pa which was great for me . Check in was Easy The house was very stylish,Clean And Homey . I love how she was Dog Friendly and had a little set up for My furr son . if you was to bring you furr baby no need to bring food bowls or water bowls she has a nice little bed set up and all which I thought was so cute she also had different board Games which was great for me and my family . House is very stocked with things that came n Handy during my stay I would recommend this home to anyone who looking stay

The place was wonderful. It was wonderful timely responsive My Children enjoyed themselves. My wife didn’t complain and she loves to complain so she didn’t have one complaint which made everything absolutely perfect and I would definitely book there again in the next time I visit Maryland. It was wonderful experience.

Harmony Lodge was the perfect getaway to relax with my husband and our dog. The lodging itself is clean, quiet, and well equipped for a vacation weekend . The kitchenette is cozy but has all of the basic utensils and several options to cook food. The bedrooms were spacious. Upstairs the loft is a great spot to unwind. The pool was just as idyllic as it looks in the pictures. But the best part is how ideal her property is set up for dogs. The smartly fenced off areas between the pool, her home, and our entrance was the best experience I have had renting a space while traveling with my pup. Elisa was very respectful of our privacy but also a super friendly host. We enjoyed chatting with her and meeting her pups. We found plenty to do within ~20 minutes of the property: hiking, birding, tasty places to eat and found some good beer. I can't recommend Harmony Lodge enough for anyone looking to unwind with their dog AND enjoy the luxury of a swim!

This was such a wonderful home! As other reviewers said, lots of room for a big group to spread out. We had 8 guests. (6 adults and two kids) We explored Harpers Ferry and enjoyed hiking the Maryland Heights Trail. We felt absolutely comfortable hanging at this serene house for our mornings and evenings. Cooked most of our meals, played billiards, sang karaoke, and enjoyed the plunge pool. We had an epic round of hide and go seek. Great interior design and lots of space to spread out for quiet time, and many perfect reading nooks. Thanks Leigh, for being so responsive and friendly!

If you read the reviews from others who stayed here...they were SPOT ON! Lynn's carriage house is like stepping into an immaculate barndominium. You feel like you are prepping for your fox hunt or what my wife and I did, enjoy a tea or glass of wine in the evenings watching the deer come through the fields or the horses in the far fields graze. PEACEFUL. The house has everything you need from coffee, tea, sweeteners, to spices and pots and pans. Come here to relax. Last, the pool on the listing is at the main house. Never did we feel like it wasn't our own private oasis. So cool to enjoy the pool surrounded by horse properties. Lynn is an excellent host. This is an incredible property.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house offered so many things for us to do as a family. We had such a good time playing darts, pingpong, board games, and hanging out around the fire pit. The Woods is our favorite place to go because of all the amenities. Highly recommend!

Very peaceful. Nice views. Plenty to see and do here. The pool was refreshing and private. Tim and Sharon work hard and it shows! Beautiful landscaping. We enjoyed our stay. If you enjoy a camp fire Tim’s spruced up fire pit was very relaxing..

We celebrated our bachelor/bachelorette here and we loved every second of it! It was the perfect place to spend our weekend at with so many amenities. We loved the hot tub, pool, the basketball court and the big open space to do our planned activities. We will definitely be coming back here!

Beautiful place in a beautiful area! They had everything we needed

Beautiful and huge — so much space and the many beds and bathrooms (plus two kitchens!) very comfortably accommodated our big family gathering. Loved the piano, and indoor amenities such as the pool table and theater/stage kept everyone busy. Host was very gracious and helpful, and the discounted rate due to last-minute availability was reasonable and fortunate for our large group, as the location we’d booked several months earlier cancelled only 2 days before our intended arrival due to a house fire. Lovely stay!

This was a lovely stay! The house was clean (obsessed with the woody fresh smell of the pine) and had everything we could have needed. We even enjoyed stormy weather under the roof on the back deck!

We had such a great stay at the cabin. Steve was super communicative, responsive, and professional. He didn't just respond quickly if we reached out, he proactively reached out to us, to welcome us, to ask if everything was ok, to remind us about checkout time and procedures. He was really invested in our havinb a wonderful time, and we certainly did. He’s taken great effort to ensure the home is well appointed with kitchen supplies (e.g., spice rack, coffee, both keurig and drip percolator, teas, basic ingredients, pots/pans, etc.). All was in great condition, from spacious deck and grill, bath towels, toiletries. The parking area and fire pit w chairs are clean and convenient. Free, seasoned firewood kept under cover. Great views from a secluded, remote mountain property. We didn’t use the arcade game room but it’s a great space and amenity for families and friends. The deck is extraordinary. We loved listening to the birds calling and, of course, the quiet. Thank you, Steve!

We loved our stay here. We enjoyed each morning we were there by sitting on the deck and enjoying the wildlife. The house is quaint and perfect for our stay.

Linda was very friendly and accommodating. Our family had enough space and our pups had lots of yard space to get their exercise. The 1850’s log cabin definitely had a historic vibe with modern charm.

The Crab House was a beautiful place to spend the weekend! We were able to kayak on the lake, and everything was clean and quiet. Would definitely stay here again!

We are so thankful to Jason and his family for sharing their special place with us. We immediately felt right at home and had more than enough room for all 3 adults. We were immediately blown away with the breathtaking river right in the front yard! We never saw anyone else on the river the whole trip so it felt like we had it all to ourselves too. We started our day listening to the river while drinking coffee on their beautiful deck. And, then later in the day, we enjoyed tubing down the river, leaving from a nearby bridge and ending the trip back at the property. I have a service dog, named Charlie, that did everything with us too (including floating down the river) and I think he enjoyed it as much, or more, than we did too. We wish we had made the trip a little longer because we never got a chance to use the hot tub on the deck, or the fire pit, etc. We hope Jason’s family will have us again because we’re already dreaming about coming back again next summer!

I couldn’t say enough great things about our stay, the home, the area, and our hosts. Our hosts were friendly and clear with their instructions. The home was like no other I’ve ever stayed at - checked off a “bucket list item” for me of staying with my family at a treehouse. The home was cozy and gave a cabin vibe that was perfect. It had all the amenities one could ever wish for - from dishwasher, washing machine, towels to pots, pans, detergent, and much more. The area was also wonderful with multiple hiking options within a few minutes from the home. We got to explore the Raven Rocks and Phillip’s Farm Trails which were perfect for my family of five. Thanks once again to the owners for such a memorable stay! Highly recommend for others!
