Absolutely phenomenal home and hosts, would return any time! Stayed for over two months, and they were consistently helpful, responsive, and accommodating from the first day to the last. I cannot say enough great things about them and the property! This place is the perfect retreat for any group, book it now!!

We had a great stay. The house is in a lovely historic neighborhood, easily walkable to downtown Culpeper which has restaurants, a movie theatre, shops, and a nice park with a playground. We took the train from DC and stayed for a couple of days without a car. The host was super responsive, flexible, and put out a nice continental breakfast each day with plenty of coffee and tea. There was lots of room to spread out both inside and outside. As the listing says it's dog friendly, so if you have allergies consider bringing your medicine with you. All in all a great place and we'd stay again.

We needed a last minute place to stay for the thanksgiving holiday, and we are so grateful we found this gem in culpeper. Monica was such a thoughtful host, all the little touches and extras they provided in the home were very appreciated. We especially enjoyed the bottle of wine they left for us! We also travel with two pets and it’s such a relief when the hosts are clearly animals lovers as well. If you need a pet friendly place to stay in culpeper, they will have all you need and more!

One of the nicest Airbnb we've ever stayed in! It felt like we were in the most beautiful and upscale cabin-like getaway. All of the finishes, furniture, bedding, etc--were all top of the line! Plus the screened in porch felt like you were in a tree house, so restful and peaceful. The house in the country and in the woods, but Culpeper is less than 15 minutes away and has all the restaurants & shops you could ask for. Communicating with the owner was easy and delightful. 10/10 recommend this place!

Lovely home in a beautiful setting. We came with three families (and a total of 6 young kids aged 3-8) and had a great time on the lawn, playing in the river, having campfires, and enjoying the deck! Highly recommend.

This is a lovely place off the lake, which was an ideal setting for our family spring break: peaceful, comfortable, a lovely view, and enough space for the kids to enough inside and out. Al was very friendly and went above and beyond in helping us feel at ease and helping us out when we forgot things at their place.

The house was perfect for our girlfriend long weekend. Everyone thought it was charming. The kitchen is fully equipped and spacious. The house is within walking distance of restaurants and pubs, which is definitely a plus!

My family and I were very pleased with Eric and his lake house. It was perfect, clean, and very inviting. The home and location matched the pictures; in fact, it was better in person. Everything we wanted to do was there, we only went to the market. Eric was very attentive and when I had a question or a concern- he was quick to follow up and he was a great communicator. He responses were prompt and friendly. This meant everything to me. He did not act like a stranger; he welcomed us into his beautiful home. If I had my way, I'd still be there but work calls. I would highly recommend Eric and his lake house. I'm already talking to my husband about making plans to go back next year around the same time. If you're looking for a home beside the water with kayaks, grills, fire pit, and life jackets and close to beaches and most importantly a host who cares and will be attentive, check out this property and Eric. They both deliver.

Great host, gorgeous views, and a quaint old home with history. Queen bed was very comfy and ac worked great! Host greeted us, answered any questions we had, provided local recommendations for our anniversary, and had even more amenities than we expected upon arrival. Would definitely come back if in the area again! My dogs loved the farm.

I can't say enough good things about Sharon's place. We loved everything! A lovely place to unwind. House was cute as can be! Clean and everything was provided. The pool is a super bonus. Just a beautiful place. We certainly hope to come back again soon! Thank you so much, Sharon!!

Nice quiet place with lots of trees near a couple small lakes with nice neighborhood amenities. Plenty of towels and toiletries and other necessities.

lemah is an amazing host and she keeps the place spotlessly clean and tidy. Everything was there and in order. The place was as advertised 😊 The only nits: no napkins or tissue 😅

Beautiful gated neighborhood and a comfortable and homey stay. Lovely lake view made mornings so enjoyable. We had hoped to kayak but unfortunately ran out of time. Would love to book again to enjoy the full experience

If your looking for a beautiful cabin, this is your place to stay. I have stayed in many cabins over the last several years, this one is high on the list! It will not disappoint. They have put much though into their place to make you feel comfortable and right at home. Everything you need is all there, from coffee, to mints, to sweet treats! We couldn't be happier. The cabin was one of the cleanest we have been in. Kelly was wonderful with responding to anything we needed. Cant wait to return someday. Thank you again Kelly! Lori and Joe

Fantastic host, very responsive and helpful!!!

This place was fantastic. Rooms were spacious, I mean really spacious, even with King beds. The living room was ideal for hanging out, and the kitchen was well supplied with cooking items (even some spices & such). The beds were clean and everything smelled fresh. The windows let in great lighting. With the house being on a rise and having a large hedge along the front protected us from feeling like we were right on the main road - even though we were, it felt private and inviting.

I was looking to get away from “it all” for a few days with my dog and this was perfect. Definitely stock up on groceries etc on your way because this lovely place is about 25 minutes from everywhere, including cell service! But the WiFi worked great and Peggy and her friendly creatures are very welcoming. A very charming spot. And Sperryville is a delightful town.

Beautiful little cottage surrounded by abundant nature. Very close to Shenandoah national Park, as well as restaurants, across the street from local vineyard. There are a few other properties on the grounds, some of them occupied, but still with enough privacy and quiet. We enjoyed the fire pit in the evening and watched fireflies in the dark.

Perfect peaceful getaway! Our 3 dogs loved this property.. so much room to run around. The house was beautiful! No complaints about anything! It was peaceful and private and not too far to many restaurants and the main downtown area. Was in town for the Marine Corps Historic Half Marathon and wish we could have stayed longer! Would definitely love to come back!

We had a wonderful stay at Matt’s house over Christmas. We especially loved the cozy kitchen with farm house table and the beautiful property! We were in town spending Christmas with nearby family and Matt was very accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed. We would love to visit again in different seasons to enjoy all the property offers. Highly recommend!!

Susan's place was perfect! It was extremely clean, spacious, cozy, and in the cutest town just a quick drive to Shenendoah national park! I felt very at home and will absolutely stay here again next time I am in the area.
