Beautiful location— the house was perfect for a family get away. Close to Grand Case, Orient Beach and you can kayak to Pinel island.

The location is wonderful. You can walk to the beach and the square with wonderful restaurants. The beach did have an issue with seagrass but the beach is raked each day. But beware that there will be grass on the beach even after raking. However, even with that orient bay was a very nice area. The neighborhood is gated and the street the house is located on is beautiful. We felt very safe while in orient bay. The house is well appointed, having everything we needed including towels, washing machine , and dishwasher. There was construction on the street that disrupted the water and electricity briefly. Oliver was very responsive when issues did arise. Luckily the house has backup water for when the city water goes down. The views from the house are stunning and the water in the pool is perfect. The house could use a little updating but the issues are minor.

Aline and Katie were great to work with leading up to our trip. They looked into finding the best place for us to watch the Super Bowl (Go Birds!) and went on a shopping hunt to look for a thermos for the beach for us. Eli made our trip great!! He met us at the airport, led us to the villa, showed us around and had a welcome snack and beverage awaiting our arrival as well as the shopping list of groceries we asked for. Eli also arranged for us to get a Firestick to watch the Super Bowl in the comfort of our villa to watch the Eagles win! He checked in on us multiple times during our 9 night stay. The pool was the warmest of any we have rented in the Caribbean. The rooms were spacious and clean. Our only critique was that showers needed to be spaced apart for 4 people due to lack of hot water but it was manageable. Great stay!!!

Ruim huis met alles wat we nodig hadden. Er was een klein probleempje met het toilet wat onmiddellijk werd opgelost. Op loopafstand veel barretjes en restaurants zodat je ‘s avonds niet meer met de auto weg hoefde. Het huis ligt centraal op het eiland zodat je makkelijk alle prachtige stranden kan ontdekken. Wij zijn al vaker op Anguilla geweest en het voelde weer als thuis komen. We hebben een fantastische tijd gehad!

First, the view from the house is absolutely breathtaking! The photos don't do the house or the view justice. The house looks better in person than it does in the listing photos - pristine and bright. Plus there is air conditioning in EVERY room, not just the bedrooms, so we stayed cool. Even though we had a rental car, we were met at the airport, escorted to the rental car agency and then to the house. The concierge service was also first-rate. We used it for everything from stocking the refrigerator, to restaurant and activity suggestions and reservations, to booking transfers, to arranging a private chef to cook an Easter dinner that our finicky teenager described as the best meal he'd ever had. The location is central to great beaches, resorts where you can get day passes, golf at the stunning Aurora and everything we wanted to do. Can't say enough great things about Enesh's place. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Our stay at this Airbnb was absolutely fantastic! The home was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing trip. The swimming pool was so nice and refreshing after a long day at the beach, and we loved hanging out by the pool in the afternoons. It was also so fun to see the iguanas that would show up on the deck—they were such a unique and entertaining part of the experience. Pierre was an outstanding host who went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed. His kindness and attentiveness made our stay even better. We highly recommend this place and would love to come back again!

Our stay at this stunning villa was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, we were in awe of the breathtaking view of Simpson Bay. It’s even more beautiful than the photos! The villa itself was peaceful, beautifully designed, and provided the perfect balance of luxury and privacy. What truly made our experience exceptional was the care and hospitality we received. Penelope, our hostess, was absolutely amazing; so thoughtful, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. Xavier, the 24-hour concierge, was an absolute gem! Always available, incredibly helpful, and made us feel completely taken care of. The daily cleaning service kept everything pristine, allowing us to fully relax and enjoy every moment. My friends and I felt pure joy being there. Whether we were lounging by the pool, or looking at the bay's skyline, every part of the experience was peaceful and unforgettable. If you’re looking for a luxurious, serene getaway look no further. We can’t wait to come back!

Loved the Villa in Orient Beach! A few helpful tips: studio apt doesn’t have access to the Villa from the inside so a single person may not want to stay in that but it was safe and had locks. You’ll need to pick up some bathroom soap and extra TP! Fabulous location on the French side!! Villa is beautiful and spacious and we will most definitely visit again! Thank you for such a beautiful place to come home to after a long day at the beaches!

Nous venions de Bretagne pour 10 jours dans le logement d'Estelle. Tout à été parfait. Le logement est très bien équipé et très propre comme rarement vu ailleurs. Les logements sont mitoyens pour autant aucun bruit ne vient déranger la tranquillité. Nous avons beaucoup bougé en journée ( logement très bien situé), et nous avons apprécié nos soirées en terrasse près de la piscine à siroter le bam bam 🙂. Les restaurants sont accessibles à pieds, un vrai bonheur. Estelle a été très réactive et sympathique lorsque nous en avons eu besoin. Nous recommandons ce logement à 100%. Nous l'avons quitté avec regret. Merci beaucoup Estelle

We have stayed at Orient once before and were very happy with our stay at Princess Manon. The apartment was clean, light, and bright. There were tons of towels provided (more than the one per person that is usually supplied) as well as practical things like liquid hand soap at all sinks and two big water bottles in the fridge. Check in and check out was easy and quick. Water pressure was great the entire stay and the ACs worked beautifully. We love staying in Orient and will be back!

We loved Jonathan's place! The location in Orient Bay, close to the beach and the restaurants and small shops, was really fantastic. We were familiar with the area from a visit years ago, and we were happy to see that Orient Bay was as gorgeous as we remembered. We appreciated that there were arrangements with the restaurants on the beach to get discounts for chairs/umbrellas. The unit also included folding chairs if guests would prefer to go to the open area rather than one of the beach areas that were connected to the beach restaurants. The unit was clean and comfortable and the kitchen was well-stocked. Maeva, the local host, was very kind and responsive. She contacted us ahead of our stay to answer questions and make arrangements to meet us. She showed us the unit and made sure things were perfect for our stay. She also gave great recommendations and offered to help with reservations. I cannot recommend Jonathan's place highly enough! I truly hope we will be back in the future.

I absolutely LOVED Tamara’s place. She is very welcoming and makes you feel at home! The pictures of her place do no justice, you must see it in person. Everything was squeaky clean and everything worked properly. There’s a nice view of the ocean, a pool downstairs, and a restaurant downstairs. Everything is pretty close, nothing’s too far which is also a plus. I rate this place 10/10, definitely recommend!

Book this place!! you will not regret it. It is amazing. Clementine’s place is very well located with the pool and the sea just a few steps away from the terrace. Across the road you will find a small grocery store, pharmacy, petrol station, restaurants and bakery. We are already planning our trip back and if Black Pearl is available we will stay there without a doubt.

We had a great stay at Fabien's place. Fabien reached out before we arrived and provided clear instructions on getting to the apartment and how to get in. The apartment was very nice and matched the photos and description. The location was also excellent. It is very quiet and is only a couple minute walk to the beach. There are plenty of restaurants and stores around for anything you could need. I would definitely recommend Fabien and would stay here again!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this townhouse near Orient Beach! Check-in was seamless and stress-free, and the host was incredibly responsive and welcoming throughout my trip. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short stroll to the beach and walking distance to a variety of great restaurants. The townhouse itself had a calm, peaceful vibe that made it easy to unwind and feel at home. Everything was clean, thoughtfully decorated, and well-equipped for a relaxing getaway. I’d highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a serene stay close to all the best parts of St. Martin!

Excellent stay in a perfect location. Within a short walk to shops and restaurants but far enough away to feel secluded. Short drive to Super U for supplies. Beautiful view! Would stay here again!

Irene was such a great host, she was very helpful and friendly. Greeted us with champagne and made us feel at home in the luxurious property. She had a handful of resources for our stay and was readily available for questions. I plan on coming back to the property. The views were absolutely stunning.

L'appartement de Véronique est impeccable, l'ameublement, la literie, les meubles et les électro-ménagers sont de très bonnes qualité. Il est très bien situé à Cul de Sac, toutes les plages du coin sont à proximité. J'ai passé un superbe séjour dans cet appartement, je le recommande très fortement sans hésitation.

On y est comme à la maison. Environnement très paisible et fleuri. Piscine très agréable juste au pied de l'appartement. On y reviendra. Nous recommandons fortement.

Hele mooie kamer, alles wat je nodig hebt. Uitzicht was ook prachtig en paar minuten lopen naar het zwembad. Om bij het ‘levendige’ deel van het strand te komen is het een wandeling van 12 minuten langs de zee. Heel tevreden!

We loved our visit in Grand Case! Pauline was great with communication. The apartment is exactly described and just like what others have said about the sunning view from the pool. It’s in a great location to downtown, the market, beach, and perfect to just stay and relax all day too.
