Relax in this quiet and stylish space . Enjoy the SPA with breathtaking views of the pine forest . Chic countryside atmosphere. Small apartment of 35 m2 , with one bedroom , bathroom and toilet . Living room with convertible , table and kitchen . Very large terrace, 5-seat hot tub, reserved for the apartment. I come by every day to check the proper use of the hot tub and clean it. Possibility of extra charge if misused. Breakfast available at extra cost.

In the heart of the garrigue, we offer a 35 m2 studio with a 60 m2 private garden and an unobstructed view of the vineyards. Cuers city center is a 5-minute drive (3 km). The cottage is close to a road appreciated by cyclists (the road climbs into the garrigue) The highway is 3 km away. The beaches of Hyères, La Londe-les-Maures and Toulon are 25 km away. The Verdon Gorge is 1.5 hours away. You will enjoy the calm, the singing of birds and cicadas.

Fully equipped house in a quiet subdivision close to the village and shops (7 min walk). Access to a private outdoor area and swimming pool. Ideally located, close to highway access to Nice (1h30), Marseille (1h) and Aix en Provence (45 min). Toulon/Hyères 30 min. Close to the beaches but in the Var countryside. All nearby shops. I had to apply a cleaning fee but I can deduct it on request, if you commit to really doing it (shower, floors...)😉
