Barbie was always available for every detail and requirement of us. Despite not being a separate bedroom, it was a great choice.

Alicia is an excellent host, the house is very nice, we really enjoyed it! and our dog had a great time. It was very clean and the service in general was very good. It is well located, it has tienditas, restaurants, plaza very accessible; the street is very quiet! We enjoyed this vacation!

We had a great time, the pool is something small so we would recommend it more for couples, the water was warm,rich, so as not to be cold and at night it is a father of colors, the house is spacious, everything was warm, everything was clean and there are no ponsoñozos animals because they keep it clean, there was also nothing dust, it still lacks a painted but does not affect the quality of the accommodation. In general, the co-host treated us very well and the owner was always attentive with messages and calls.(We would only recommend they put the house number outside because we couldn't find it) Thank you very much for everything!

Very nice helpful host. Good, safe place to stay. Slept well. Always had a parking space for my car. The next Oxxo was right around the corner.

The house is very comfortable to spend fun-filled days with family or friends in the infinity pool, the garden which is very well maintained, the pier where you can see spectacular sunsets and the lake that is the main protagonist of your stay in this house. The only thing is that both the lake and the house's small beach had a lot of dead fish due to the season, but it's definitely not a house issue. Ursula's service is excellent, immediate and first-class, she is always attentive and gave us very good advice before arriving, so we had a better time than we expected. Also, Ernesto's service, who takes care of the property, is also excellent. He was always attending to any need at the time in the place and with great kindness. And finally, the kitchen and cleaning people, very good cooks, super helpful and in general all very kind! I highly recommend the property!!!

The house and garden are beautiful. The garden is very nice to take out the table and have breakfast out there. The only thing we didn't foresee was bringing drinking water and we needed a pot to boil water, but it was easy to get out with the car and find a grocery store nearby. We rested beautifully. Juan was very hospitable.

Karla is flexible and was at the time at all times. The house is cute and matches the description. !! The pool has a space where children can enjoy and also a part for adults. Everything is great.

This place is just made in heaven and nothing short of amazing! Even better than the pictures, perfectly distributed areas to give everyone space, peace and communal areas that invite to share, connect and enjoy time with family and friends. And Jonathan, Piri and Mary in the house were just incredible angels, helpful, proactive, kind and all prepared was excellent and delicious! This was an incredible stay and we will absolutely want to come back! Big thank you and please keep doing what you are doing!

It was a magnificent experience, from contact and communication with Gonzalo to getting to the accommodation and seeing everything it offered. Gonzalo provided us with clear instructions on how to get there, the rules of the place and recommended activities and places to visit, and was always attentive to anything we need. The accommodation has all the necessary amenities, there is an Oxxo and places to buy food at a short distance if a vehicle is not carried. Likewise, the amenities with more that the place has, such as the pool, terrace with barbecue, a spectacular view, among others, make it the perfect place if looking to disconnect from work and relax. We only had a topic with the internet during the last night that we were there, but being something very punctual, I think it was the subject of the service provider and not a problem of another kind.

I loved everything, super comfortable, I was alone with my 3 little children and there is a tiendita alado walking 10 steps away, all super friendly, I always felt safe, super if I recommend it

Overall, it was a pleasant experience. The space is enormous, exactly as described in the pictures, which was perfect for our group. The added access to the jacuzzi and playgrounds was a great bonus, especially for relaxing and keeping you entertained. That said, there are a few minor drawbacks. Some amenities were missing—not a big deal but worth noting (e.g., no iron). The audio system is outdated and only supports a 3.5mm jack, which isn't very convenient for modern devices. Additionally, being close to the lake and untouched land means you'll encounter insects, including ants and the occasional cockroach, so be prepared for that. Despite these small issues, it’s a fantastic place with plenty of room and great features. I’d recommend it for those who value space and relaxation, just keep the minor cons in mind when planning your stay.

Excellent service and attention, the architect Francisco is very kind and friendly, always attentive to needs and requirements during the stay. Very nice and comfortable place, with lots of vegetation and easy to find. Highly recommended.

The area is very quiet and there is privacy, the pool was practically for us, there are places nearby to eat.
