Great small cottage home for great price. Stayed here while seeing some of the State Parks upstate, only about an hour drive away from Letchworth and Watkins Glen. Brendan was very accommodating and quick to respond

The apartment was the cleanest Airbnb I've ever stayed at and everything worked fine. Brooke's directions, requests, etc. were all easy to follow and she was very responsive!

Absolutely perfect place! We stayed for a few nights after our wedding in Letchworth, and it was the perfect place to relax and unwind. The house was set back and very private. It was tastefully decorated and felt just like home. Rick left us a new bundle of firewood which was so nice! The setting was perfect, peaceful, and had beautiful surroundings. Would Absolutely stay again

We enjoyed our stay. It was quiet, beautiful scenery, and was easy to feel like home. Hosts were responsive, proactive and friendly! In my opinion the shower and tub could have been cleaner but it’s possible they were stained from being older. The dogs enjoyed the outside area. When arriving we realized there were two spots in the dog friendly area that where dogs can escape to the woods (especially smaller dogs) if you don’t keep a close eye on them. I would just suggest being extra careful when letting them roam outside. I do wish dogs were allowed downstairs, as it was the nicest hangout area of the home but with the carpets and music equipment it is understandable why they stay upstairs. Overall it was a nice stay and has everything you could need for a short or long stay!

Beautiful property. I’m 40 and took the loft that over looked the creek lower falls, for that reason specifically. We did a lot of hiking in the general area, but made sure to carve out a time to explore the property. Water initially was low enough to wander in, but a little deeper in areas I couldn’t cross, and we had a massive rain while we were there that turned it into a raging chocolate milk river. It was really cool to see the falls in two different stages. Enjoyed reading books provided, a couple I’d had on my to read list. Cell service was available but not great, the WiFi helped with texts and phone calls but slow with data/internet (tried sending photos that didn’t go through) It is not a very accessible house if someone has mobility issues as you do go down some stone stairs to get to the front door. Driveway is a little hard to find but they left the garbage can out there making it easier to find. Beautiful location! Had a great several days with my mom here.

Perfect location for a quick getaway from the hustle and bustle of the work. Thoroughly enjoyed morning coffee on the back deck over looking the lake and then reflecting on the day at the lakeside fire pit. Despite the lake already beginning to be drained during our stay...we were able to catch some trout and small mouth off the shore. Cabin and property were just as described...and had all of the amenities of home. Just add food...and you're ready to go! Audra was amazing. Welcoming upon arrival. Availability at a moments notice for questions. Highly recommend for future stays.

We had such a wonderful stay at Gary’s place this weekend. From the moment we walked in, we could tell how much care went into keeping the space clean and welcoming—it was absolutely spotless and beautifully set up. The bed was incredibly comfortable—we slept so well, we almost forgot we weren’t at home (maybe even better than home, to be honest!). The whole place had a peaceful, cozy vibe that made it easy to relax and settle in right away. We were lucky enough to meet Gary when we stopped by his shop downstairs, and he couldn’t have been kinder or more helpful. He gave us great recommendations for things to see and do while we were in town, and you could tell he genuinely enjoys hosting and helping guests have a great experience. All in all, it was a fantastic stay—we’re already talking about coming back. Thanks again, Gary, for being such a thoughtful and friendly host!

Jarred is an exceptional host and goes above and beyond. In addition to his great communication and responsiveness, the place is peaceful and cozy, with lots of little touches that make it feel like home. I’ve enjoyed being a repeat guest!
