Great stay, it did get a little hot but the fans did their job. Other than that we enjoyed location and would stay here again if in CDMX!

We really enjoyed staying here. The square and the area are great. the view from the apartment and from the terrace are wonderful and a huge added value. the apartment is comfortable, clean, and a pleasure to be in. The bed is nice. this place is also very centrally located to lots of restaurants and to the Metro (we took the metro everywhere!) Many of the close restaurants are not necessarily classic in terms of local food, but you don't have to go far to find those as well. I would mention something that is not even a negative, but just something people should know. The restaurant below does at times run its exhaust fan, and so the noise can be a mild annoyance. It's not deafening, but if you want to listen to the birds and the city (often music coming from the park) it covers that up.

Amazing appartement with a huge confortable bed, fully equipped kitchen..super clean..The wifi was great too and the area is surrounded by a lot to see ..lot to do ..great coffee shops too..we 've been there almost 2 months and had a great time.

Estancia muy cómoda y sobretodo tranquilo. Las indicaciones para ingresar a la casa fueron claras y por ende muy fácil acceder. Mi único conflicto fue la luz tenue, ya que tenía que trabajar con documentos y me complicaba poder leer, pero entiendo que muchas veces lo que buscan los usuarios es descansar sin tanta luz, por todo lo demás, excelente. Me volvería a hospedar en este lugar definitivamente.

Paty's place is a comfortable and charming apartment in the heart of Condesa. The location is ideal - a 12 minute walk to Chapultepec Park, short walks to plenty of restaurants, cafes, and ice cream parlors - and conveniently situated on a broad avenue that was surprisingly quiet. The living space was pleasant and spacious with a small balcony to enjoy coffee or have some fresh air. Paty was very responsive and provided helpful recommendations and instructions. We would stay here again on a future trip!

Perfectly located if you want to be in the middle of the action in one of the busiest neighborhoods in CDMX. Lots to do within footsteps of the apt. The apartment was spotless, and well equipped for your typical stay. One thing of note is that you are on a busy street, and will have some noise noticeable in the apartment. I’m from New York and that is par for the course for me, but some might have trouble with it. The bed rooms are located towards the back of the apartment so I didn’t have any issues sleeping. This apartment is in a very lively neighborhood so you should spend as much time as you can outside enjoying it.

Desde el primer momento, quedamos maravillados por las impecables instalaciones y el exquisito gusto en cada detalle. La decoración, abundante en plantas, creaba un ambiente sereno y fresco, mientras que las selectas piezas de arte distribuían toques de sofisticación por todo el espacio. El apartamento no solo es estéticamente agradable, sino que también resultó ser increíblemente cómodo y funcional para nuestra familia. Cada rincón está pensado para el confort, haciéndonos sentir como en casa. La ubicación es ideal, permitiéndonos disfrutar plenamente de los encantos de Polanco. Sin duda, este alojamiento es una joya y lo recomendamos encarecidamente a cualquiera que busque una experiencia inolvidable en la Ciudad de México. ¡Estamos deseando regresar!

Great stay! Loved the location, easy walk to parque México, cafés, and easy access to other parts of the city. Loved having a laundry machine as well since we were there for a long stay. Lina was also very much responsive and great host!

Wonderful location and rooftop.

Beautiful place with amazing panoramic views of the City, lots of restaurants and walkable options for pretty much everything. The parking place is right besides the elevator underground which is very convenient. The host was kind, responsive and always willing to help and accommodate our needs. Just note that the place does get a bit noisy at night particularly on weekends due to all the bars and restaurants surrounding.

We really enjoyed our stay at Simon’s place! It was comfortable and in a great area that felt very safe & walkable. He was very friendly and accommodating & we really appreciated his local recommendations. The laundry service was also such a nice perk as we had been traveling for a week so having the ability to wash our clothes was amazing! Highly recommend to anyone staying in CDMX! Thanks Simon!!

Karen was an amazing host! She was always very responsive, kind, and attentive. She greeted us on the day of check in and showed us around the apartment. The apartment was also very beautiful, clean, and in a great location. The apartment has an amazing view and everything inside made it feel right at home. It was nice being able to have the vista Norte plaza right downstairs for anything we needed. It is also very close to la basilica de Guadalupe! I would definitely recommend this AIRBNB.

Roberto was proactive, extremely helpful, responsive and helped to coordinate a taxi to and from the airport. He was even able to accommodate an earlier check-in and later check-out when our flights were delayed. The apartment was cozy, clean and the balcony with the hammock is a beautiful touch. Loved that there was 24-hour security. The place was exactly as described and located in a great neighborhood, not too far from everything that CDMX has to offer. I would definitely recommend staying here! We had such an amazing time. Thanks, Roberto!

Muy buena eleccion para relajarse el fin de semana, Hace frio pero se soluciona . No tiene clima el departamento. Si quieres ya no salir de casa y pasarte la tarde encerrado trae tus insumos o tu comida de tu lugar favorito. No se si Uber eats llega, pero Didi Foods , no Lugar quito, privado y retirado de la ciudad. El departamento limpio, bonito y funcional.

El lugar estuvo muy bien, tal y como en las fotos, al momento de ingresar y salir todo muy bien, las indicaciones claras, Mónica siempre al pendiente, y nos ayudo bastante, siempre estaba al pendiente de si ocupábamos algo, recomiendo totalmente el lugar
