Vacation rentals with a patio in Củ Chi

Nous avons séjourné dans cet appartement pour notre première fois au Vietnam, et nous avons validé totalement. Les autres sont joignables et très efficace. L’appartement est propre avec une piscine magnifique au dernier étage. Merci encore à vous, je reviendrai.

Great location, great apartment, felt right at home cosy very spacious clean with a good view of the city. the apartment is very big with a lot of space and a cozy living room area where you can sit down and do your work while watching the television. kitchen space has all the amenities to cook a lovely meal in the comfort of your own living area. The location is not right in the city centre so it is more peaceful in the surrounding areas there are many coffee shops and restaurants nice Road to walk along during the daytime and evening. Just a slight warning the apartment is on the top floor with loads of steps and no elevator so going in and out of the building continuously will be a slight issue for anyone old or has any health or leg issues.

The location is perfect, within walking distance from all the major attractions. The street is beautiful and quiet despite being so close the heart of everything. Reception and security is helpful and friendly.

This was a booking for one person. Loved this apartment - room was perfect for my short stay! Loved the convenience of having a washing machine and supplied detergent to do a quick wash. Balcony was perfect to hang clothing out to dry (covered - useful during the rainy season!). Access to the pool was welcome for exercise. Plenty of local restaurants nearby as well as a local market. Will book again in the future!

We had an amazing stay. The location is perfect and the apartment is stunning—modern, new, and beautifully furnished. The rooftop pool is absolutely breathtaking and made the experience unforgettable. The value for what we paid was exceptional, and the individually controlled AC in each room was a great touch. The building felt very safe with strong security throughout. A couple things to note: this is a luxury residential building, and it’s unclear if Airbnb stays are officially allowed. It didn’t affect our experience, but something to consider if that matters to you. Also, there was a faint high-pitched beeping in the primary bedroom—earplugs helped. Despite those two small things, I would 100% stay here again. The home, amenities, and overall experience were top-tier.

This is great choice for living! Great surrounding, nice landscapes, clean and nice appartments, totally recommend!

이번에 오랜 친구들이랑 첫 해외여행을 다녀왔습니다~ 시끄럽지 않고 조용한 동네에 위치하고 있어 편안하게 잘 지내다 돌아 왔습니다~ 숙소기준 어느곳이든 20분대에 택시로 이동할수 있고 택시비도 저렴해서 부담없이 지내다 왔습니다~ 호스트 분도 대응 잘 해주시고 친절 하십니다~ 아! 옥상에서 바라보는 전망도 아주 좋아요 ㅎㅎ

Very good location as you are only a Grab ride away from everything. It was nice to wake up to the sounds of birds but to also be centrally located in such a big city. The space has a very cool vibe and a great layout. Highly recommend.

Chị chủ nhà thân thiện và dễ thương lắm, luôn phản hồi rất nhanh để hỗ trợ mình. Mình có thể chủ động nhận và trả phòng rất dễ dàng và linh hoạt mà không cần phải gặp chủ nhà luôn. Đồ nấu bếp khá đầy đủ, tiện cho gia đình có bé nhỏ như mình khi cần nấu cho bé ăn đồ riêng. Các bạn nếu cần lưu trú tại vin quận 9 hãy cân nhắc căn hộ này nha, rất chi là ổn áp!!

Отличный вариант аутентичного жилья. Все соответствует фото, три этажа, две спальни, два балкона, санузел на каждом из этажей. В пешей доступности до центра города, крупных ТЦ и достопримечательностей. Тихое расположение, кондиционеры и вентиляторы в каждом из помещений. Бесключевой доступ с понятной инструкцией. Есть даже питьевая бутилированная вода) Спасибо, смело рекомендую)

Gia đình tôi đã có một kỳ nghỉ tuyệt vời tại căn hộ này. Ngay từ khi bước vào, chúng tôi đã ấn tượng với không gian rộng rãi, thiết kế sang trọng và đầy đủ tiện nghi. Hồ bơi riêng rất sạch sẽ, nước trong và mát, cả nhà tôi đều thích thú khi được ngâm mình và thư giãn mỗi ngày. Bàn bi-a chuyên nghiệp cũng là một điểm cộng lớn, giúp mọi người có thêm những khoảnh khắc vui vẻ bên nhau.

숙소는 너무 깨끗합니다. 개미도 없습다. 화장실도 깨끗합니다. 위치도 너무 좋습니다. 그리고 밤11시에 작은 어려움이 생겼는데, 호스트가 직접 와서 도와줬습니다. 의사소통에서도 너무 좋았습니다. 정말 추천합니다!!!

The apartment was as shown on the website. It was clean tidy and cute. Its walking distance from all the main tourist spots. Close to restaurants etc. Had a great vibe with all the necessary amenities to make your stay comfortable. The front door was a little tricky to open and close but no real issue. Everything was perfect

Lovely Stay at Bich Thuy’s Place! We had a wonderful time staying at Bich Thuy’s property. The home was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was convenient, and communication with Bich Thuy was smooth and responsive. She was a thoughtful and kind host. I would definitely recommend this place to other travelers and would be happy to stay here again!

Superb! Highly recommend. The host is super helpful in everything. The place is very nice, close to the mall, supermarket and many restaurants as well as parks. The area is very clean and modern. This was one of the best AIRBNB experiences we ever had. I will seek to rent this place anytime I am back in HMC.

The apartment was great and exactly as described in the listing and photos. It’s located slightly outside the very center of Quan 1, but still in a convenient area. The host was responsive and always available when needed. The shower had excellent water pressure, and the beds were very comfortable. Overall, we had a pleasant stay

Had a very good stay. The horse took very good care of us and was very prompt and responding on the app. She even arranged a mid stay clean for us. At no extra cost when the plumbing broke down, she had somebody there very promptly to fix the problem.

Pretty good! I like the area, lthe things available here are very local and affordable. The Cơm Tấm around the corner tastes really good, and the people are really nice. The area behind the big school in the "villa" district is also pretty great, with some excellent Phở places. The area around the big Lotte Market is also quite cool. I really enjoyed it and with a Grab bike for around 30k (~€1), you can get to Ben Thanh Market in just 5 minutes. The apartment is pretty good. It has everything you need flip-flops, shampoo, soap. There was even water in the fridge and some small soups and sweet treats in the kitchen. The pool is okay, and the air conditioning, WiFi and Netflix are great. Kim is always available and helpful whenever something comes up. One thing I have to mention and this seems to be the case everywhere in Vietnam, I don’t feel entirely comfortable with these keypad locks because I keep wondering who else might have the code.
