Great place to stay! Love it

We had high expectations and the stay was much better than expected. It's a good-sized place, with everything you need, as well as nice, safe and quiet. The common areas are always clean. Nearby you have a beach and quiet walks. We loved it!!! Thanks for having us, we'll definitely be back!

Everything is very clean, the best is the watering unit. The hostess is very friendly.

The place is clean and tidy everything is in good condition and is very comfortable and the view is great , it matches almost 100% with the photographs and description. Just mention that the pool is in another building and is only one for all the towers so it can get a little full and the beach is crossing an avenue but there is a pedestrian bridge just leaving the building.

The apartment seemed really cool to me and the facilities are really cozy and clean, I thought it was excellent

Very nice apartment with a beautiful view. We appreciated the 4 bathrooms as we were 6 adults. It was clean and well-equipped. You have to respect the rules because everything is filmed in the common areas. Please note that in one of the bedrooms there are not two single beds but a normal bed and a bed on the floor that cannot be raised as we thought. Carlos was always very friendly and quick to respond. We recommend it!

The apartment is as described, it is quiet, clean, access is very easy and the attention from the hosts is 10, especially from Griselda who responded immediately to any doubt regardless of the time; and I must highlight something that seems very important to me to emphasize... my son forget his watch mido in the pool and griselda although we were already in our city of origin I write to tell us that it had been located and that I would look for the way that it reached our hands again. This demonstrates not only the attitude of our host, but the honesty of the people in the administration and the type of guests in the place. Thank you very much for this detail Grey and of course we would be back with pleasure

We were more than happy with the warm hospitality and attention to detail. The accommodation was immaculately clean and tastefully decorated, providing a cozy and comfortable retreat. Host Ruth Marnez went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, and their prompt communication made the entire experience seamless. The location was fantastic, offering easy access through Lomas de Sol and Lomas del Mar. There is a restaurant very close "La Parroquia de Veracruz" and there is an Oxxo close to the beach in the same residential complex. Also, "Mandinga" is close as well. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would highly recommend Marnez's Place to anyone looking for a memorable Airbnb experience!

Our stay was very pleasant, the whole family felt right at home. We're definitely going back. The house has toys for children, TVs with apps to watch movies, etc. What would be great is if they suggested places to visit or nearby and beautiful beaches to go to, because although the subdivision has a private one, in our opinion we did not like it very much, there are very few palapas and we did not settle in well. Outside everything amazing. When we arrived, the house was spotless, even though you had vacated it that same day. A successful stay. Thank you very much for everything

The house matches photos and description, it is an incredible place to stay, the best beaches are very close. Rodrigo is attentive, responds quickly and the house apart from bonita, is impeccable. Feel free to stay in this beautiful house. The fractionation is in one of the best places in Veracruz and its pool and gym are very nice and nearby has good restaurants, squares. Would come back without hesitation

It was an excellent stay, the apartment is very spacious and clean, we are a group of 7 and we were perfectly accommodated. The kitchen is exceptional and comprehensive. It's close to the beach, the pier, the supermarket and the buses that take us downtown. Highly recommended.

Clean , nice and private

The apartment is in a very good location, there is privacy and it is a quiet area. Upon our arrival everything was perfectly clean, with all the needs covered for cleaning, cooking, resting, having a washer and dryer on hand helps a lot since we were going to a sporting event, which is much appreciated. The pool is a good distraction for children without leaving the building. Everything is close to the building, restaurants, shopping mall, shops, etc. The host Ma. Isabela was always kind and attentive to us from the reservation, arrival, stay and departure, always very kind. I would definitely book with her again. I recommend it 100%

The accommodation is the same as the photos, it has everything and everything works , the area is quiet and the guards are very friendly , the temperature of the pool is incredible even if the day is cloudy, as two blocks away there is a tent and the Boulevard de la playa is not far away . In my stay I had a small inconvenience with the hot water but the hosts were very kind to offer a solution , I will definitely stay here again☺️
