Family-friendly activities and nightlife are a 10 minutes drive away. You’ll love my place because of the comfy bed, awesome breezes, sunrises and sunsets.... Paradise! The cottage is located on Hart Bay, and has an amazing view of the Carribean Sea. You can fall asleep to the sound of waves. You will stay in the upstairs one bedroom apartment with your own private entrance. The owner’s live in the lower level. Private pooI area. It’s an older cottage with an outdoor shower. There are 67 uneven steps down to cottage from parking area. There are steps that lead to a trail and rocky beach. Property has a generator.

Simplicity is targeted at the down-to-earth traveler who comes to explore nature and simple living. It is a small studio with a kitchen, a bathroom, and a breathtaking view that our guests love. You can enjoy the view from the bedroom or from the deck, where you can relax with views of turquoise waters, green hillsides, and the neighboring British Virgin Islands. There is no AC, I live upstairs in my apartment with my sons, and there is no generator.
