At the entrance of the road to the ski resorts, in the charming village of "Les Mollettes", beautiful 2 bedroom double bed outbuilding in a 80 square meter single-family house facing our personal home. It has a large living room with modern equipped kitchen and a living room with a sofa bed. This quality accommodation is ideally located 30 minutes from the family resort of Collet d'Allevard, 5 minutes from Alpespace, 15 minutes from Chambéry and 25 minutes from Grenoble.

Beautiful quiet apartment, completely new, cozy, with parking space in front of the accommodation. Facing south, you will have a pretty terrace and a private garden (mountain view), you will enjoy a comfortable bedroom with a large double bed, a living room with fully equipped kitchenette and a bathroom with separate toilet. You will be 45 minutes from the first ski resorts or Grenoble, and only 25 minutes from Chambéry and Albertville. Highway 5min away.

A mid-mountain environment and forests will allow you to hike, mountain bike, and do other outdoor sports. The apartment (60 m2) is located on the ground floor of our house, completely independent, and opens onto the terrace and garden. 30 minutes from Chambéry and 20 minutes from the first shops. Breathtaking views and rest guaranteed!

Bike touring from Annecy, we were hosted very well by Gilles after a small demanding climb to get to his home. The apartment is very clean and welcoming. The view of the Belledonne range is stunning. Recommended.
