On the ground floor, a living room with a wood-burning stove and an equipped kitchen as well as a comfortable shower room. Upstairs, under the roof, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed and 2 single beds). Set back on the grounds, the old barn converted into a dwelling.

Less than 30 km from Chartres and 5 km from Courville-sur-Eure train station (Paris-Montparnasse line), you are here in the heart of nature, conducive to calm and rest. La Maison de Fessanvilliers, a house with character

La Maison de Fessanvilliers is at the crossroads of Beauce, Perche and Normandy. This is an old barn rehabilitated into a lovely holiday home with all comforts. It welcomes families and friends year-round. The living room has an authentic wood stove and opens onto a large private wooded garden, with barbecue, garden furniture, ping pong and bikes available. THE OUTDOOR AND HEATED POOL (open in 2026 from May 30 to September 27)
