This charming cottage ideally located to discover the beaches and museums of D-Day is located in Formigny 5 mm from Omaha Beach. It is 15 minutes from two charming fishing ports, Port en Bessin and Grandcamp-Maisy and Bayeux whose medieval heritage is unmissable. Mont Saint Michel is 1h30 away and Honfleur 1h15. The surrounding nature allows you to walk, cycle along coastal paths, in the marshes of Cotentin and Bessin as well as in the Bay of Veys.

On foot, you can walk to one of its many restaurants unless you prefer to go directly to the fish market located less than 100 meters away and come back for lunch on its exceptional terrace.

Apartment located facing the sea, you will admire the arrival and departure of fishing boats. The jetties are waiting for you to fish with a rod. The beach is revealed at low tide. You can fish for shellfish (mussels and periwinkles) at every low tide. Total change of scenery, Calm assured with the sound of the waves that cradle you, Very friendly and cocooning atmosphere. The Célysse farmhouse is a typical Bessin farmhouse dating from 1820. It consists of a large room, living room, kitchen, bathroom and toilet on the ground floor. The floor has 4 bedrooms. Outside there is a courtyard and a 1500 m2 garden with terrace and pond. It is located near Trévières (all shops), 9 km from the landing beaches (Omaha Beach) and 12 km from Bayeux (Tapestry, cathedral...) Bed linen and towels are provided.
