Set on five and a half acres only five minutes drive from the CBD and seven minutes drive from the Main Beach. It's not uncommon to find a koala dozing in the tree or a kangaroo loose in the top paddock. Enjoy the remarkable coastline, lush greenery and the occasional dairy cow framed by the expansive windows and architectural design of this remarkable stay. This building has received national and international recognition for its unique take on small scale design.

Duck-in

The space is a simple attic/loft, set in a large garden with great views of the wetland and the ocean. We are a few minutes walk from Killarney beach which is a very safe swimming spot and Port Fairy is 10 minutes down the road. There is heaps of birdlife and when you are in the loft it feels a bit like a tree house. It has a compact bathroom and basic kitchenette with sink, microwave, kettle and bar fridge but no stove. Access is via an external spiral staircase.

Dromore - Spacious, central, 3 bedroom apartment

Our spacious, two-storied apartment is set in beautiful gardens behind our own home. Although near to our home, it is completely self-contained, has its own entrance and guests have complete privacy. Guests can and come and go as they please. It is a short stroll to the main street, restaurants and beaches. There is off-street parking only metres from the front door. Free wifi is provided and Chromecast is set up on the television.

The Studio at Heathbrae is situated 1.5 km from the charming Irish village of Koroit. Located halfway between Warrnambool and Port Fairy, surrounded by beautiful green countryside, walking distance to Tower Hill reserve and a short drive to the hidden gem of Killarney beach. The studio is a private apartment, semi attached to our home, Heathbrae, in peaceful gardens set on over 2 acres.
