We enjoyed our stay here. This place was very nice and we would definately stay here again if we come back to Jefferson. It's a small town, and this place is conveniently located, so we could walk anywhere in town within just a few minutes. The downtown shopping is right outside, and close to all the restaurants. It has a very nice covered parking area, which was nice because there were some big storms the weekend we were there. We didn't need to contact the host at all because they sent us very detailed and clear instructions that made everything so easy. It also has very comfortable furniture. The oversized leather chair in the living room is very soft, comfortable, and cozy. I didn't want to leave it once I sat down.

First Cast is First Class!!!! Luke is the ultimate host. He and his wife are establishing a legacy of hospitality on Caddo Lake. First Cast has all the amenities you would expect (and more) in a beautiful location. I really appreciate all the extra thoughtfulness they have put into making this such a premier place on the lake. Steve was super quick to respond to any questions and even helped us out to add an extra day to our stay on short notice! The place was plenty large to have a small group and was quite comfortable. The back yard view from the living was also very pleasant! Definitely would stay again and recommend to others!

Easter 2025 - great stay! Nicely remodeled, very comfortable and clean. Beds and couches were very comfortable. The hot tub was a nice treat as well - would be especially so in colder months. We enjoyed movie night in the game room overlooking the lake after our relaxing hot tub massage, caught a 4-5-lb catfish off the dock, and got some really cool pictures of the family w/trees & lake in the background. They are still building up basic kitchen supplies, but it should be noted that Cody was extremely responsive and accommodating!! I knew I was planning to cook meals so asked in advance and simply brought anything else I needed. Amenities should be edited to read “Keurig” rather than coffee pot 😊. Also, not pictured in the listing, the home does have a dining table for four people. We needed more seating, so we brought an extra card table and four chairs. I would definitely recommend Cody ’s place, and hope to stay here again next time we visit our Louisiana family. Thanks Cody! *****

Jeff’s Treehouse was above what we thought when we booked it. The treehouse was very clean and had everything you could need there. Amazing scenery out of the large windows and of the back porch. Tons of spots to fish off the deck. Spent most of the time on the kayaks and canoe. Jeff also took us out on a ride in his boat around the lake with amazing views. Definitely will visit again

There were wild dogs, cars driving with explosions, and the surrounding area seemed a little unsafe.The condition of the house was beautiful and nice, but it was a little inconvenient, such as the lack of a dining table, but overall it was good.
