Great place. Close to both Paris and Disneyland.

You can be put off by the price, but don't be. Compared to a luxury hotel, this is much better. Exceptional in every way! I highly recommend this for a romantic and relaxing stay.

Very responsive and friendly hosts, nothing too much trouble. Our favourites were the sun trap patio, the hot tub, the pellet heater, and the children's / teenage play area upstairs The bedrooms are lovely and big but there was nowhere in them to put anything on (make up, creams, combs, jewellery etc) , like a dressing table or a shelf.

House well suited to groups because there are lots of rooms , which is nice. The neighborhood is quiet and there are a few shops nearby which is very nice. We had a great time at Olivier's

Charming stone house, very nice with its terrace, foosball, some games for children, the pool and right next to a large garden with goats, Lol (the very playful dog) and a trampoline. Perfect for our family and our 4 boys. The house is well-equipped and the bedding comfortable. The hosts are nice and welcoming. In the surrounding area, some very nice museums and the Etampes recreation area which is ideal for families. Recommended if you want to get out of Paris without too much traffic.

We had a fantastic stay. The house was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated, with thoughtful touches throughout. The kitchen was well-equipped, the beds were super comfortable, and we really appreciated the quiet, peaceful atmosphere. The location was perfect—close to public transport, great local cafés, and everything we needed. Check-in was smooth and communication with the host was excellent. Host was friendly, responsive, and went out of their way to make sure we felt welcome. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free Thank you again for a wonderful experience!

We only spent one night in the house but everything was impeccable. The bedding is quality, everything is clean and very well-equipped. We didn't have time to enjoy it but the terrace is really cozy and intimate. I would recommend this place without hesitation. A large, very pleasant park nearby.

Beyond a very nice and friendly welcome, the accommodation is particularly well suited to receive tenants (independent entrance, view of the garden without interference with the owner). The layout of the accommodation is modern, clean and functional. I would definitely recommend it.

Stephanie was very friendly and provided clear instructions for access to the property- The accommodation included the basic amenities and was a large space for 4 people- exactly as how the listing is described.

The place is very close to Orly Airport—just one stop away—and only a 5-minute walk from the metro station. It’s a very convenient location, especially for catching an early flight. The apartment is also super clean and well-maintained, which made the stay even more comfortable.

Great place to stay, home from home, everything you could possibly need. Stéphane and Sonia were very helpful and quick to respond to queries. Would highly recommend. Five minutes walk to the train station, takes roughly an hour to the Eiffel tower and only €2.50. We drove to Disneyland which was really easy and took half an hour.

We had a lovely stay. Anaïs was very welcoming and caring with small touches for our child. The house is well arranged and very very clean. ☺️ We enjoyed the charming garden and had all our meals under the pergola. City center, market about 15 min walk and 5 min drive. Accommodation perfectly consistent with the listing. We didn't miss a thing. There were even drinks in the fridge for us when we arrived. Very quiet and safe neighborhood. We came with our little dog, fully fenced courtyard. Audrey was attentive in giving us multimedia info about the place. We recommend it +++

Our stay for 3 in François' tiny house was very nice. The house is very clean and well-equipped! The exterior is really very pleasant on sunny days and quiet. The forest of Senart is a few kilometers away and allows beautiful walks. Thank you François for your flexibility!

I had a great time at this place. Everything was as described, clean and very well-equipped.

Overall it was very nice, he was very responsive and made check in very smooth and easy, which after 3 flights and 10 hrs of flying was very nice. He even let us check in early and had available wine for us to enjoy. 10/10 would definitely come again. 😁

An amazing space, with a modern set up. The kitchen area was our favorite with all we needed to prepare our delicious meals. The living area had a number of games that kept us all engaged and bonding together. The rooms were well set up, with spacious wardrobes. There are many wall sockets and extensions; the lighting around the house was great for pictures & videos; great set up on the outside for BBQ. Overall, it was very comfortable and I had an unforgettable experience with my friends on this birthday weekend getaway. I definitely recommend!

We wish to thank our hosts Isabelle and Jean-Marc for being the most helpful people you could ever meet and generous to a fault. The house was fantastic very clean and well organized with all the equipment you need for a stay and a lovely garden to sit in. Transport to Paris was very easy bus or train nearby. We had a wonderful two week stay and would like to say many thanks to Isabelle and Jean-Marc for all their help.

Very nice host. The neighborhood is rather quiet and not particularly exciting. For this, you can stay comparatively cheaply and have a quiet stay. You definitely have to keep in mind at night that no more trains go to the neighborhood from certain times. I had to get a taxi then. However, I highly recommend the place. Thanks
