Despite being just minutes from the city center , you will have the impression of being outside the urban area thanks to the lovely garden with tall trees that surrounds and isolates it from the rest of the neighborhood , allowing you to enjoy the quietness and tranquility of your stay . 300 square meters of rooms on 3 floors are at your disposal. On the mezzanine floor there are two large living rooms, a study and a bathroom. On the first floor you will find a large kitchen, a dining room, a sitting room and a single bedroom with its own bathroom. The top floor is the sleeping area, a master bedroom suite with walk-in closet and private bathroom, two double bedrooms each with a private bathroom, a sitting area with a sofa that converts to a single bed and another walk-in closet. Guests will have access to the garden of the villa through a private driveway. You can park more cars in the part pertaining to the residence. We will take care to welcome you and show you the house on your arrival. Whatever your requirements or if you need informations we will be easily available to you. The villa is ideally located in Crocetta, a prestigious residential neighborhood. It accommodates any type of services and shops. The famous Crocetta market has long been a fixed destination for Turin residents because of the quality of goods sold. A few meters from the entrance to the house is the 64 bus stop that in 10 minutes will take you in the center of Turin.

Vi fick precis vad vi sökte, och beskrivningen av boendet är väldigt överensstämmande med verkligheten. Det är lite långt för att kalla det gångavstånd till det mesta i Turin, men fortfarande mycket realistiskt att gå vart man än ska om man har lite extra ork eller energi. Fina områden med många trevliga caféer i närheten, och promenadavstånd till många trevliga restauranger

Great spot. Not to far from the Center,(where there is so much to do). Clean, organized, simple and worth the money. Shower is a bit tiny, but expected as it is a small space, I mean this is for one person. AC was great. Vito met me and showed me the place when I came. Friendly guy. Informative. They even have brochures/pamphlets on table to give you options and information. There was cooking stuff too, but I did not use any of that, just ate out. So yeah, for a single person, this works.

Good location, 10 minutes walk from the subway station, 5 minutes walk to a nearby carrefour. The neighborhood was quiet and there was no noise. The room is very clean, especially the bathroom. check-in is very easy and the landlord gives clear instructions. The only problem is that the lighting is mediocre (the adjacent building is high and blocks the light). But in general, it is very worth staying and cost-effective. Recommended!
