La Casetta means, in Italian, little house. Set in a private, peaceful, mature Florida tropical garden, a real hideaway. I am proud of the cleanliness of our property, however in this new reality that we live in, we do carry out enhanced cleaning and sanitizing between guests. Welcome to our one bedroom, one bath (4 piece) main floor condo. Recently renovated. Freshly painted with new furniture, a brand new king size memory foam mattress with contemporary decoration (with queen size pull out couch). Easily accessible with no steps to climb and close, convenient parking right outside the front door. Quiet, peaceful and near both Siesta Key Beach and the condo pool ensure a wonderful vacation. Walk across the street and enjoy one of the best beaches in the world.

Walking distance to the village and is at less crowded section of the public beach which equals perfect location!! Updated and beautifully decorated condo with breathtaking view of the beach, You will LOVE it!

2 bedroom condo very close to Siesta Key (3 min. drive or 20 min. walk). All updated (including all new flooring and bathroom tiles since these photos)! Even nicer than before! Have it all: Spacious condo in a peaceful setting. Just a few minutes drive over the south bridge to Siesta Key. Walking distance to great restaurants and shops on and off the key. Everything is within easy access by walking, car, bike, or free beach shuttle service. Come enjoy everything Sarasota has to offer.
