very clean apt, well sanitized bathrooms, neighbors and very polite and kind staff. We felt at home, didn't even want to leave! the very polite and helpful host. I refuse to stay elsewhere. But not to look like undercover publicity would only give a suggestion to tidy up the suite box that is stuck and too heavy to open. No more, better than hotel! congratulations.

the apartment with a great location, it was just a bit dusty. But that was the least of it. However it was a wonderful stay.

We rent the house to spend 1 week ! (01/30/24 to 02/06/24) Antônio is a great host, since the first contact he was very friendly and considerate! The house is like in the pictures , large and spacious , well ventilated ! Highly recommend the stay ! It has nearby shops, the resort of Caldas with several pools and is close to the Arajara park ! We will definitely return ! Thank you !

The house corresponds to photos posted, by the way... the house is much more than the photos show, the house is still and everything is very organized. The homemade is fine people. It has very cool restaurants in the area. At Supermercado Diniz serves meals with great price and quality very close to the house. Super recommend the state.
