Beach house vacation rentals in Crash Boat Beach

We spent two weeks in Puerto Rico at Casa Birdsong. It is a beautiful, well-equipped, beachfront accommodation where we immediately felt at home. The beach is only 20-30 metres away, but there is a road in between which has a Caribbean flair at weekends: "cars driving up and down with lots of music". The accommodation is perfect for 4 people with a spacious dining and living room with kitchen. The large private pool is a dream - especially when the sea outside is a bit rough. The owners Mary & Jim are on site, very friendly, kind and extremely helpful. We were given lots of information about handy shopping facilities, good places to eat and interesting places to visit. Definitely a recommendation.

You’ve found the bnb you were looking for! The host, the location, the view, the fish when snorkeling, the AC, the layout.. we can’t wait to come back!! I've stayed at around 25 Airbnbs and some of them on beachfronts, and this by far, takes the cake! Literally, Bill intrepidly searched the island for a vegan(!) chocolate cake through his network for my wife’s birthday during our stay. I’ve NEVER seem a host go so above and beyond like this. He made her birthday so special during our stay!! We’ve had issues with other hosts taking our chemical allergies to fabric softeners and air fresheners, but not Bill! He went out of his way to order special detergent and make sure that the linens we cleaned to be fragrance free. Our 11 year old LOVED feeding the tarpons with Bill from the deck and then we even snorkeled with them in the last morning! Speaking of which, this was great for morning snorkeling (all manner of sea life!) Bill is truly a Superhost!!

Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! The private balcony overlooking the ocean was perfect. The place was spotless when we arrived. Carlo was very helpful and gave clear directions and check-in instructions. He also recommended great places nearby. 10 minutes into town which was cute and walkable. We frequented Doña Lala beach with a walkable bar/restaurant. Would recommend 100x

Great location. Very short walk to restaurants/bars/and beach. Less than a mile drive to almost everything in Rincõn. Private pool/patio/outdoor shower is great. No problems parking at all. Very safe location as well. Would highly recommend, and would stay again. Erick was very easy to get in touch with and very accommodating.

Luis and Andrea were extremely helpful, kind and responsive. We truly enjoyed our stay and how accommodating they were. I’m looking forward to staying here again!!

Mark was a great communicator and very responsive to our messages. House had everything we needed and an amazing view. Relaxing to the ocean waves was a perfect way to spend our time there. Great area with some really good restaurants within walking distance at the top of the hill. Would definitely stay there again, and recommend to others!

Sergio is an exceptional host. Upon arrival, he promptly welcomed us and made us feel at home. He quickly showed us around and gave us a tour of the facilities. Every day he would give recommendations of places to visit and eat. He was always available and responded to messages very quickly. We recommend this location 💯! You won't be disappointed!

Excellent service, even in the middle of an island wide 2 days power outage. Backup generator worked well to keep us comfortable and safe. It required refueling which went seamlessly. Great restaurants close by ( Strongly recommend Porcello walking distance, a little pricey but excellent food quality and taste). All the unit’s amenities described were in perfect order. Lots of beach towels and beach chairs and beach umbrella. Great place and very responsible host! Loved it, definitely recommend and I will revisit.

This is Airbnb is absolutely gorgeous! First, the cleaning team that they utilize is amazing because the place was spotless when we entered! Even my husband who is a clean freak was impressed with how clean the space was. It felt like home the moment we entered. We really enjoyed the private pool and outdoor space. The host is also super responsive and very kind. We would absolutely love to stay here again! The location is great too as we rented a car and were able to bounce around to different beaches in the area. Also, the host’s restaurants are very good, especially Peña Blanca which is only a few minutes away! Overall 10/10 experience! We are usually hesitant to use airbnbs in lieu of a hotel room, but in this case we are so glad we did! It did not disappoint!

My family and I have been visiting Rincón for almost 20 years. Up until last year, we had our own place to stay. So while Rincón isn’t new to us, staying in an Airbnb is. Juan’s check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. The AC in all rooms works great. The beds are comfy, and the house was clean. The kitchen has everything you need to cook. The internet is strong enough for streaming. There’s a washer and dryer, and the fridge has an ice maker! The pool is just steps from the front door, and most times we had it to ourselves. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The full-time and seasonal neighbors we met were very friendly. The location is perfect. It’s a short walk to Marina Beach, downtown is walkable, and the Tres Palmas Marine Reserve path is nearby. A couple days, we didn’t even use our car. Many of Juan’s food recommendations matched our own, which was great to see. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back!

Amazing. Pictures don't do the house and pool justice! Pool and backyard are like a private oasis. House is large and well equipped. Location is great. Walkable beach and groceries and a million other things.

We had a great stay in Erica’s house. Enjoyed the patio, swimming pool and barbecue evenings - all very private. A lot of beatiful beaches in max 5min driving distance. Our favorite was Montones. Thank you for welcoming us, Erica. Would love to come back some day…

This place was amazing. 5 stars is not enough. All you need is your swimsuit, everything else is ready and waiting for you. The amenities, the views, the location are all incredible. Definitely worth the price and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a dream destination.

Vicky and Mike couldn’t have been better hosts! The house was spacious, clean and quiet! Close to everything! The hosts were quick to respond to every question we had and they went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible! The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. The neighborhood beach was about two blocks away and has a great little food spot right on the beach!! Try Pizzería Estela!! Eat their food, drink their drink and listen to their music all while watching the sunset! The house was more than enough space for our family of four. Bathrooms were clean and the outdoor shower was perfect for after the beach! Rincon was awesome and we’d definitely stay at La Casa Sunshine again!!

I almost hate to tell how beautiful this house was in order to keep it all for myself. This is a beach house in every sense of the word. It is right on a SPECTACULAR beach. Sitting in the private little back yard looking out at the blue Caribbean listening to those waves crash is going to be my happy place for a very long time. The house itself is clean and laid out and decorated beautifully. The location is private and quiet and tucked away down a secret dead end and it's maybe 5-10 minutes to basically anything you need in Rincon. Ashley & Yohay are clearly skilled hosts as they seem to have thought of just about everything. I am counting the minutes until I can return and I could not recommend this home more.

Beautiful and spacious house very clean and comfortable. There were great restaurants nearby and its host was full of suggestions and with quick responses. A lovely stay!

Our stay at Ryan's AirB&B in Aguada was incredible! My entire family (adults, teenagers, young kids) found something they loved about the house and the property. The back of the house with the infinite pool and ocean just footsteps away was even more amazing in-person than in pictures. Indoors, the house is clean and well appointed, super comfortable bed, plenty of linens and towels, and bathrooms were in good shape. The house is easily kept at a comfortable temp with AC units in bedrooms and fans to help circulate air. In addition, large class doors open to allow for the constant breeze from the ocean to flow through. Outdoors, the property was beautifully landscaped. Additional perks included quality beach towels and most anything you could imagine needing to enjoy the beach. The house location is private and convenient, like pastries and sandwiches from Eileen's Bakery, just a 4-min walk. Honestly, it was hard to leave and we can't wait to return! Thank you to Ryan & Erica!

Beautiful location - right on the beach! Walk down the road to grocery store and some restaurants/food trucks. House is as described in photos. Carol (and Sebrina) are very responsive. We ended up arriving VERY late, (after 2:00 am) but had no issues getting into the house, the instructions were very clear, and we felt safe. The kitchen is well stocked with essentials (they have coffee filters and spices/cooking oil). There are beach chairs and a cooler! As mentioned in other reviews, the house is not soundproof - and the neighbors dogs wake up early! I recommend a sound machine or ear plugs in the am! But the neighbor in the blue house is very friendly and will even share her homemade custard! We look forward to returning and exploring more!

Second time doing a month long stay with my family at Ricardo’s and it was great. The place is modest but can fit a lot of people and the location really can’t be beat. Ricardo is very nice and helpful and his house manager, Jene, really is the best. She always got great recommendations for anything yours looking to do and she offers a bunch of helpful services like airport runs, beach rentals and more. We are grateful for all the wonderful memories our family has made at this home over the years and we can’t wait to come back to Rincon next winter :)
