We had a great stay at Emilie & Nicolas house. They gave easy instructions for getting into the property and tips about local amenities prior to staying. The home is in a lovely area with bakeries & shops and a train station nearby which got you quickly into the centre of Paris. Having the secure parking space is also a great addition. The home felt welcoming and having 3 single beds in one room for our 3 children was great. We would definitely recommend and stay again

I chose this apartment to spend a night due to its proximity to the airport, so we didn't spend many hours. A quiet area, correct autonomous entrance. Enough to spend a few days there.

I just spent a week in the accommodation, I was welcomed by Axelle's dad, sociable, warm smile and very clear on the instructions, the small house was clean and well equipped, the inner courtyard is a + as well as the location to park your vehicle. I would highly recommend this property. I don't understand the two negative reviews out of 57 at all, I think these people are really in a bad mood. Many thanks Axelle for this exceptional property at a reasonable price.

Great time in this beautiful apartment, the hot tub was great. The place is great for kids, there is a trampoline in the garden and books in the room, our kids loved it! The place is even more beautiful than the pictures. Thanks again

It was a pleasure to stay at Josefa's beautiful home- the perfect retreat to come home to after a long day exploring the sights of Paris! We loved staying in Montreuil - being from London it was comforting to us that we stayed in a multiculturally diverse neighbourhood. We felt safe throughout our time here. The house is well insulated from noise and the air conditioning kept us constantly comfortable whenever we needed it. Our family had a wonderful time here- and we created lasting memories and bonds. Loved our stay at Anne and Jean-Luc's. Their place was warm and inviting and a great location for exploring Paris. We loved the markets, bakery and cafe at the end of the block as well.

Alain welcomed us very warmly, he was very responsive and friendly. Her apartment is located in a quiet environment, it is clean, well-equipped and very faithful to the photos. The decoration is exceptional, Alain has the desire of satistary his guests and he made us feel comfortable throughout the stay. We really enjoyed this moment that allowed us to fully disconnect. This atypical property amazed us, bravo!!!!!

Hi, We had a great time with the family. The setting is very quiet The value is really interesting, especially since everything is privatized. The house was clean and easy to clean before we left. We took full advantage of the aquatic area, a real plus! And the garden, with the chickens and goats, everyone really enjoyed it!

Can’t recommend Emilie’s place enough. It’s such a wonderful place to stay in Paris. The neighborhood is quiet but there are plenty of shops, restaurants, and activities. The metro to all of the sites (Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame, etc.) is a 3-4 min walk, but here you’ll find the best of Paris at the most reasonable prices. If you’re a seasoned traveler like my partner and myself, you’re looking to avoid tourist trap areas. Emilie’s place is the perfect way to experience Paris as a local and a visitor. Emilie is also an exceptionally kind and responsive host. Don’t hesitate, just book!

We had great time staying at the location, enjoyed the lovely private garden and quiet surroundings. Our cat appreciated well secured garden too. We found everything we needed without problems. Charles was responsive and nice.
